Abstract: A display device may include a display panel including a gate line, a data line, and a pixel electrically connected to the gate line and the data line, where display panel displays an image based on input image data, a gate driver which outputs a gate signal to the gate line, a data driver which outputs a data voltage to the data line, and a power supply voltage generator which provides a driving voltage to the display panel, the gate driver and the data driver. The power supply voltage generator generates a gate clock signal based on an on-clock signal and an off-clock signal and changes a count value of the on-clock signal or the off-clock signal when the gate clock signal is an abnormal signal.

Abstract: A display device includes a driving controller sensing a pattern of first image signals from a source external to the driving controller and outputting a compensation selection signal corresponding to the sensed pattern. A voltage generator generates a driving power voltage in response to the compensation selection signal. The voltage generator includes a power converter generating the driving power voltage in response to a power control signal, a comparator comparing the driving power voltage with a reference voltage to output a feedback signal to a first node, and a compensation circuit including a plurality of compensation units. A selected compensation unit is connected to the first node, and a power control circuit outputs the power control signal in response to the feedback signal. The slew rate of the feedback signal may be controlled by a compensation circuit to remove a ripple component from the driving power voltage.

Abstract: A display system includes a source device and a sink device. The source device generates red-color display data, green-color display data, and blue-color display data and transmits first packet data including the red-color display data and a red-color display reference gamma-set, second packet data including the green-color display data and a green-color display reference gamma-set, and third packet data including the blue-color display data and a blue-color display reference gamma-set. Abstract: A display device includes a driving controller controlling a data driving circuit and providing a clock signal and a driving voltage in response to an image signal and a control signal received from an external source. The driving controller restores a data enable signal having a display period and a blank period in one frame on the basis of the control signal and sets a voltage level of the driving voltage applied to the gate driving circuit in accordance with a duration of the blank period. During a sequence of frames having a changing frame rate, the driving voltage for each respective frame may be set based on the duration of each respective blank period.
