Abstract: A display device includes a base layer, a circuit layer disposed on the base layer, a display element layer disposed on the circuit layer, and including a light-emitting element, and an optical layer disposed on the display element layer. The light-emitting element includes a first light-emitting element overlapping a first light-emitting region, and including a first light-emitting layer, a second light-emitting element overlapping a second light-emitting region, and including a second light-emitting layer, and a third light-emitting element overlapping a third light-emitting region, and including a third light-emitting layer, the first and second light-emitting layers respectively include a first and second quantum dots, and the third light-emitting layer includes an organic light-emitting material, and the optical layer includes a first color filter overlapping the first light-emitting region, a second color filter overlapping the second light-emitting region, and a third color filter overlapping the third light-emitting region, and including scattering particles.

Abstract: A display device includes a base layer, an insulating layer disposed on the base layer, a pixel defining film disposed on the insulating layer and having a pixel opening, a light-emitting element disposed on the insulating layer, and an inorganic layer disposed on the insulating layer and including an edge disposed more inward than an edge of the pixel defining film. The light-emitting element includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a light-emitting layer including quantum dots and disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, a hole transport region, and an electron transport region including a metal oxide, spaced apart from the hole transport region, and disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode.
