Abstract: A method for optimizing a UI of an application in an electronic device is provided. The method includes detecting, by the electronic device, at least one first application installed in the electronic device, determining, by the electronic device, at least one data item associated with at least one UI of the at least one first application to be modified, modifying, by the electronic device, the at least one data item associated with the at least one UI of the at least one first application based on a level of proficiency of a user with an already used application in the electronic device, and displaying, by the electronic device, the at least one UI with the at least one modified data item of the at least one first application.

Abstract: Provided is a system to provide natural utterance by a voice assistant and method thereof, wherein the system comprises an automatic speech recognition module for converting one or more unsegmented voice inputs into textual format in real-time. Further, the system comprises a processing module for analyzing and processing the inputs from the natural language understanding module and activity identification module, wherein the processing module provides real-time intuitive mingling responses based on the responses, contextual pauses and ongoing activity of the user.

Abstract: A method of controlling an electronic device is provided. The method includes transmitting a communication signal to a plurality of candidate devices in the vicinity of the electronic device, generating a function code including configuration information of the electronic device, receiving candidate function codes including configuration information of the plurality of candidate devices from the plurality of candidate devices based on the communication signal, and when a feature of the plurality of candidate devices is determined to be similar to a feature of the electronic device based on the candidate function condes, generating at least one of an alert signal or a setting signal based on whether the function code matches the candidate function codes.

Abstract: An electronic device for providing a predictive word to a user, and an operating method therefor are provided. The electronic device includes a display, a processor, and a memory. The memory stores instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to display a user interface including a text input area and a keyboard, on the display, receive a first input through the keyboard, the first input including a part of a word, predict at least one word on the basis of at least a portion of the part of the word in response to the first input, the at least one word including a length in a selected range, display the at least one word on the display, receive a second input for selecting one word among the at least one word through the display, and allow the selected word to be displayed on the text input area.
