Abstract: An electronic device and a method of operating the electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a rotating input module, a display, and a processor configured to detect an event, detect an interaction by the rotating input module, determine a first object associated with the event based on the interaction, and display, on the display, a visual effect associated with the first object.
