Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device including a display, a memory, an input device configured to receive a user input, and a processor which stores a first image that is produced by a first application, in the memory, outputs the first image stored in the memory on the display by activation of the first application, if a second application is activated in response to the user input, provides the first image in a second image that is provided by the second application and stores the second image including the first image in the memory, and outputs the second image stored in the memory on the display.
