Abstract: A method of providing an input interface for a portable terminal is provided. The method includes capturing an input tool located on a rear of the portable terminal, wherein an input interface is displayed on the portable terminal, displaying the input tool on the input interface, and processing an input corresponding to an input unit based on a motion of the input tool relative to the input unit of the input interface.
