Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a scheduling method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system using a sliding window superposition coding scheme. In the present disclosure, in a wireless communication system, if a UE is located in a cell edge, data throughput can be improved. An eNB using an SWSC scheme can provide fast scheduling. An eNB can provide higher throughput.
Abstract:
A method for performing scheduling by a first base station over a wireless communication network, and an apparatus therefor are provided. The method includes receiving first channel status information (CSI) measured by at least one user equipment (UE) positioned in coverage of the first base station and second CSI, determining a first transmission rate for any one of the at least one UE positioned in the coverage of the first base station and a second transmission rate for any one of the at least one UE positioned in the coverage of the second base station, determining a third transmission rate for a first UE among the at least one UE positioned in the coverage of the first base station and a fourth transmission rate for a second UE among the at least one UE positioned in the coverage of the second base station, and performing scheduling.

According to various embodiments, in a multiple-input multiple-output wireless communication system, a receiving apparatus may include at least one processor and at least one transceiver. The at least one transceiver may be configured to receive a signal including a plurality of symbols, perform Successive Interference Cancellation (SIC) related to a first symbol of the plurality of symbols on the received signal to obtain a processed signal, determine symbol-sums by applying an equalization matrix for integer forcing to the processed signal, and determine information words corresponding to the plurality of symbols based on the symbol-sums.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates beyond 4th-generation (4G) communication system such as a long term evolution (LTE). An operating method of a transmitting apparatus in a wireless communication system is provided. The operating method includes detecting an achievable rate region for a receiving apparatus, and determining a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) level and a sliding window superposition coding (SWSC) multi-input multi-output (MIMO) scheme corresponding to the achievable rate region.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). A performance of the existing sliding-window superposition coding (SWSC) is degraded when a wireless channel state is changed due to a large scale fading and a small scale fading. In addition, the performance of the existing SWSC is degraded when channel state information at a receiver is different from that of the real channel. To resolve these problems, a transmitter applies an accurate data transmission rate suitable for a channel state. Therefore, a receiver applies an adaptive SWSC and to reduce a block error rate (BLER) and a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) overhead of the receiver. In addition, to resolve wireless channel state change due to large and small scale fading, the transmitter may use the adaptive transmission method.
