Abstract: A sports equipment surface cleaning safety device is disclosed which serves the purpose of removal of materials, such as snow, ice or mud, from boot soles or other contacting surfaces of sports equipment through motions such as scraping or brushing. The device is intended to be integrated within, or mechanically mounted to a pole, such as a ski pole or trekking pole. It is constructed with materials such as plastics and/or metal, utilizing conventional methods of fabrication such as 3d printing, injection molding, gluing, casting, or machining.
