    Abstract: Artificial intelligence directed controlled-environment facility resident support ticket response and/or action may provide access to a controlled-environment facility media and/or communications terminal or device support application program via one or more controlled-environment facility media and/or communications terminals and/or a plurality of personal controlled-environment facility resident media and/or communications devices, which accept input of a support request, via the support application program, from a controlled-environment facility resident. A controlled-environment facility media and/or communications device services platform receives the request, determines an assigned weight of words in the request and selects one or more passages of predefined response text to compose a response to the request, based on a determined weight of words in the request and tags associated with these words and the passage(s) of predefined text. The platform personalizes the response, based on identification of the resident, and sends the resulting personalized response to the respective terminal or device.

    Abstract: The present systems and methods for incarceration risk mitigation for an at risk constituent may match, such as by a controlled-environment facility Administration and Management System (AMS), a non-resident constituent with a correctional facility inmate, based, at least in part on an offense committed by the non-resident constituent and a criminal offense committed by the correctional facility inmate. A controlled-environment facility visitation system, or the like, may then schedule a controlled-environment facility communication between the non-resident constituent and the correctional facility inmate. A controlled-environment facility communication processing system, or the like, may provide a communication link between the non-resident constituent and the correctional facility inmate, as scheduled. The AMS, or the like, may report participation for the non-resident constituent and/or the correctional facility inmate in the controlled-environment facility communication.

    Abstract: A private digitized, decentralized, and distributed controlled-environment facility ledger is created using a genesis hash and wallet code assigned to a controlled-environment facility resident upon intake of the resident into the facility. In response to an occurrence of a first controlled-environment facility transaction with respect to the resident, a first new hash containing a cryptographic hash of the genesis hash is built, and the ledger is updated to reflect the first transaction, and to associate the first new hash with the first transaction, both with respect to the resident. Thereafter, subsequent new hashes, each containing a cryptographic hash from each prior hash, are each built in response to each subsequent controlled-environment facility transaction with respect to the resident, and the ledger is updated to reflect each subsequent transaction, and associate each subsequent new hash with the respective subsequent transaction, both with respect to the resident.
