    Abstract: A phase shifter, a fabrication method thereof, and an antenna are provided. The phase shifter includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a ground electrode disposed on a side of the first substrate facing towards the second substrate, a transmission electrode disposed on a side of the second substrate facing towards the first substrate, and liquid crystals filled between the first substrate and the second substrate. In a direction perpendicular to a plane of the second substrate, the transmission electrode overlaps with the ground electrode. The ground electrode is provided with a detection hollow part, and in the direction perpendicular to the plane of the second substrate, at least a part of the detection hollow part does not overlap with the transmission electrode.

    Abstract: An antenna and its fabrication method, and a display device are provided. The antenna includes a substrate, a radiation electrode, a first dummy electrode, and a feed line. The radiation electrode, the first dummy electrode, and the feed line are disposed on the substrate. The feed line is coupled and connected to the radiation electrode. The first dummy electrode and the radiation electrode are adjacent but not connected to each other. Along a first direction, an orthographic projection of the radiation electrode to a plane where the substrate is located is a first projection, and an orthographic projection of the first dummy electrode to the plane where the substrate is located is a second projection. There is a first interval between the first projection and the second projection; and the first direction is perpendicular to the plane where the substrate is located.

    Abstract: An array substrate includes a plurality of driving units, where each of the plurality of driving units includes a first electrode, a second electrode and at least one thin film transistor; the first electrode and the second electrode are configured to be connected to an anode and a cathode of a light-emitting diode, respectively, such that a vertical projection of the light-emitting diode on the array substrate overlaps with the at least one thin film transistor, and in a light-emitting direction of the light-emitting diode, the at least one thin film transistor is disposed on a backlight side of the light-emitting diode; and each of the plurality of driving units controls the light-emitting diode to be turned on or off according to a driving signal.

    Abstract: A touch-control display panel, driving method, and a touch-control display device are provided. The touch-control display panel includes: a display area including a plurality of pixels; a non-display area; a first substrate; and a second substrate opposing the first substrate. A portion of the first substrate in the first region includes a pixel electrode layer and a first electrode layer. The first electrode layer is located on a side of the pixel electrode layer away from the second substrate and includes a plurality of first electrodes. The pixel electrode layer includes a plurality of pixel electrodes. A touch-control electrode layer is located on a side of the second substrate toward the first substrate and includes a plurality of touch-control electrodes. Along a direction perpendicular to the touch-control display panel, each touch-control electrode of the plurality of the touch-control electrode overlaps with and connects with one or more first electrode of the plurality of the first electrodes.
