Abstract: A steering apparatus includes: a steering shaft that moves in a vehicle width direction to cause a vehicle wheel to be steered; a stopper member provided on a side of an end portion of the steering shaft; a housing in which the steering shaft is housed; an elastic body provided in the housing and configured to come into contact with the stopper member and restrict movement of the steering shaft; and an enlarged diameter portion being formed between the steering shaft and the stopper member, the enlarged diameter portion coming into contact with the elastic body and having a diameter increasing from a steering shaft side toward a stopper member side.

Abstract: A steering apparatus includes a motor, a rack shaft, a belt transmission mechanism that is provided with a drive pulley connected to the motor, a driven pulley, and a belt wrapped around the drive pulley and the driven pulley, and a converting member that is provided to extend along an axial direction of the rack shaft and that converts a rotational force of the driven pulley into a movement force in the axial direction of the rack shaft. The driven pulley is fastened and fixed to the converting member by a bolt, and the steering apparatus further includes a retaining member that prevents detachment of the bolt by restricting movement of a head of the bolt.

Abstract: A steering device includes a motor; a steering shaft; a belt transmission mechanism including a drive pulley, a driven pulley, and a belt; a housing that accommodates the belt transmission mechanism; and a pulley holder that holds the motor and is attached to the housing so as to rotatably support the drive pulley. The pulley holder includes a first supporting portion that supports a first shaft portion of the drive pulley and a second supporting portion that supports a second shaft portion of the drive pulley. The steering device further includes a pulley holder supporting portion that supports a portion, of the pulley holder, located closer to the second supporting portion than the center of the pulley portion in relation to the housing.
