摘要: A method for manufacturing a wind turbine blade is provided, including the steps of: a) arranging a fiber lay-up on a mandrel tool, the mandrel tool including a frame and, as seen in cross-section, at least two mandrel portions connected to the frame, and wherein at least a portion of the fiber lay-up is supported by an outer surface of the at least two mandrel portions, b) reducing a cross-section size of the mandrel tool by retracting at least one of the mandrel portions towards the frame, c) arranging the mandrel tool inside adjacent blade sections, d) increasing the cross-section size of the mandrel tool by extending at least one of the mandrel portions away from the frame, and e) infusing at least a portion of the fiber lay-up with a resin and curing the resin to obtain a cured joining portion joining the blade sections inside.

摘要: A wind turbine blade for a wind turbine is provided, the wind turbine blade including: an electrical conductor for conducting lighting strikes towards a hub of the wind turbine, a fiber sock fully enclosing the electrical conductor when seen in cross-section, a support element, and at least one finger connecting the support element and the fiber sock, the fiber sock, the support element and the at least one finger being made of electrically conductive fibers for conducting lightning strikes from the support element to the electrical conductor. Such a fiber sock mitigates the risk of delamination around the electrical conductor resulting from injected high voltages in case of lightning strikes.

摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing an adaptable pre-cast resin-infused carbon-fiber beam, which method includes the steps of arranging a plurality of elongate carbon-fiber blocks side by side; arranging sheets to enclose the blocks and to extend over opposing faces of adjacent blocks; arranging the sheets to converge as an outwardly projecting elongate bead at a junction between adjacent blocks; and pulling on the elongate bead to inhibit resin flow between blocks during a resin infusion step. 摘要: A method for manufacturing a wind turbine blade includes the steps of:
a) arranging a first pre-casted blade segment adjacent to a second pre-casted blade segment,
b) arranging a fiber lay-up in a connection region between the first pre-casted blade segment and the second pre-casted blade segment,
c) covering the connection region with a vacuum cover,
d) applying vacuum to a space covered by the vacuum cover, and
e) infusing the connection region with a resin and curing the resin.
Manufacturing the wind turbine blade by connecting pre-casted segments with each other by vacuum-assisted infusion of resin of added fibers and curing the resin simplifies the manufacturing process. This is in particular the case for very large blades.-

摘要: A method for manufacturing a wind turbine blade, comprising the steps of: arranging (S2, S3) a joining portion (8) comprising a fibre lay-up inside adjacent blade sections, covering (S4) the joining portion (8) and the adjacent blade sections at least partially with a vacuum bag, and applying vacuum to a space (54) covered by the vacuum bag (19, 38), infusing at least the fibre lay-up (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) with a resin (43) and curing (S5) the resin (43) to obtain a cured joining portion (44) joining the blade sections (20, 24) inside. A light-weight and at the same time strong blade section joint is provided. In particular, the strength of this laminate joint formed by vacuum infusion is comparable to the strength of the pristine laminate. Compared to a connection using an adhesive, the laminate joint formed by vacuum infusion provides a lighter and stronger blade section joint, in particular, a better weight-to-strength performance.
