摘要: A method for operating an electric machine (in particular a wind turbine) having a generator with a rotor and a stator is provided. The method includes: i) evaluating an active damping applied to the electric machine, ii) estimating a damping criterion from the evaluated applied active damping, and iii) shifting a dynamic capacity curve towards a maximum allowed level. The maximum allowed level is based on the damping criterion and a first operation criterion and/or a second operation criterion. Furthermore, the dynamic capacity curve is a dynamic power capacity curve or a dynamic torque capacity curve.

摘要: Provided is a method for detecting a wind gust that affects a wind turbine, wherein the wind turbine includes two or more blades which are coupled to a connection means so that the blades are essentially arranged in a common plane. The method including: i) measuring an event that at least one blade is at least partially out of the plane to obtain a measurement signal, ii) providing the measurement signal as a measurement input signal to an evaluation algorithm, iii) elaborating a detection result from the measurement input signal using the evaluation algorithm, and iv) comparing the detection result with a predefined wind gust threshold value (h) to determine, if a wind gust is detected. Furthermore, a wind gust detection system, a wind turbine that includes the system, and a wind turbine operating method are provided.
