Abstract: The present application provides a display panel, a display device, and a splicing display device. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate, a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between the first substrate and the second substrate, and a flexible circuit board bound and connected to the second substrate; the first substrate includes a common electrode layer at least disposed corresponding to the liquid crystal layer; the second substrate includes an array layer and a color filter layer located on a side of the array layer away from the liquid crystal layer; the flexible circuit board is located on a side of the array layer close to the liquid crystal layer.
