Abstract: A display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a cover plate which are horizontally stacked on each other and together define a side connection region extending vertically on outer surfaces of lateral end portions of the first substrate, the second substrate, and the cover plate. An electrically conductive connection layer and an electrical functional assembly electrically connected to the same are placed on the side connection region. Insulating layers and conductive layers between them are on the first substrate, a lateral end portion of at least one of the conductive layers is provided with a bonding pad extended to the side connection region and electrically connected to the electrically conductive connection layer, so as to establish electrical connection between the electrical functional assembly and the conductive layers. The display panel can effectively shorten a width of its edge, and realize a “narrow bezel” design.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an array substrate which comprises a plurality of sub-pixels distributed in an array arrangement, wherein data lines and power supply signal lines are disposed between two adjacent columns of the sub-pixels; wherein the data lines and the power supply signal lines are prepared respectively on different film layer surfaces, and the data lines and the power supply signal lines at least partially overlap. The present disclosure further provides an OLED display device which comprises the array substrate. The array substrate of the present disclosure has a higher aperture ratio.

Abstract: The invention provides a pixel unit, a pixel array, and a display panel. The pixel unit includes a first sub-pixel unit, a second sub-pixel unit, and a third sub-pixel unit, and the sub-pixel units share one data line. In the pixel unit of the present invention, which utilizes a plurality of sub-pixel units in the pixel unit sharing the same data line and simultaneously gate lines of a plurality of sub-pixel units arranging in parallel in the pixel unit, therefore, to save a wiring area, and an aperture ratio of the pixel unit is increased. Thereby increasing the light transmittance of the display panel and improving the display effect of the product.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a liquid crystal display panel and a manufacturing method thereof by disposing a side bond pad on sides of a first substrate and a second substrate, and a side of a sealing bezel adhesive layer away from a liquid crystal layer. Wherein, the side bond pad is in contact with a first transparent conductive layer of the first substrate, and a chip on film is bonded to the side bond pad in a side bonding way. It can achieve that a common voltage signal is transmitted from a side of the first substrate to the first substrate, processes relating to gold ball are reduced, and an external space of a panel is effectively narrowed.

Abstract: The present invention provides a display panel and a display device. A conductive film layer of the display panel is electrically connected to a gate electrode of a thin film transistor (TFT) through a first via hole, and the conductive film layer at least partially overlaps a source/drain electrode of the TFT to form a first capacitor. A second capacitor is formed in an overlapping region between a source/drain electrode of the TFT and the gate electrode of the TFT. Accordingly, a boost capacitance value of the display panel is increased, and a driving circuit requires less space.
