    Abstract: A slit lamp microscope of an aspect example includes an illumination system, first photographing system, fixation system, movement mechanism, and controller. The illumination system projects slit light onto an anterior segment of a subject's eye from a first direction. The first photographing system photographs the anterior segment onto which the slit light is being projected, from a second direction different from the first direction. The fixation system outputs fixation light for fixation of the subject's eye. The movement mechanism moves the illumination system and the first photographing system, the controller performs a first control for the movement mechanism to move at least the illumination system and a second control for the first photographing system to photograph the anterior segment a plurality of times in parallel with each other while causing the fixation system to output the fixation light.

    Abstract: An operating microscope includes an objective lens, a first illumination optical system, a deflector, and an observation optical system. The first illumination optical system is arranged coaxially with an optical axis of the objective lens and is configured to be capable of illuminating first illumination light onto an eye to be operated through the objective lens. The deflector is configured to deflect returning light of the first illumination light in a direction intersecting the optical axis, the returning light being incident from the eye to be operated through objective lens. The observation optical system is configured to be capable of guiding the returning light deflected by the deflector to an eyepiece lens or an imaging element.

    Abstract: A slit lamp microscope according to some aspect examples includes an illumination system and photographing system. The illumination system projects slit light onto an anterior segment of a subject's eye. The photographing system includes an optical system and an image sensor. The optical system directs light from the anterior segment onto which the slit light is being projected. The image sensor includes a light detecting surface that receives the light directed by the optical system. Further, a subject plane, a principal plane of the optical system, and the light detecting surface are arranged so as to satisfy a Scheimpflug condition. Here, the subject plane includes a focal point of the illumination system in which a position of the focal point is shifted on account of a refractive index of a tissue of the anterior segment.

The illumination system includes a slit forming unit that forms a slit for generating slit light and projects the slit light onto an anterior segment of a subject's eye from a first direction. The first photographing system photographs the anterior segment onto which the slit light is being projected, from a second direction different from the first direction. The first movement mechanism moves a movable portion that includes at least the slit forming unit. The controller performs a first control for the first movement mechanism to move the movable portion and a second control for the first photographing system to photograph the anterior segment a plurality of times in parallel with each other.
