摘要: A die apparatus includes a stationary die including a guide bushing, a movable die including a guide post that reciprocates inside the guide bushing, a ball retainer disposed between an inner surface of the guide bushing and an outer surface of the guide post to guide reciprocation of the guide post, and a restriction member coupled to the guide post. The restriction member faces the ball retainer in an axial direction of the ball retainer to restrict separation of the ball retainer from the guide bushing. A distance between the guide bushing and the restriction member in the axial direction when the movable die is located at a top dead center is shorter than a length of the ball retainer in the axial direction.

摘要: A transport device includes a moving mechanism and a plate. The moving mechanism includes a pinion, a conversion mechanism, which converts vertical motion of an upper die assembly into rotational motion of the pinion, and a rack, which is moved as the pinion rotates. The moving mechanism is configured to move, when the rack moves from the top dead center position to a bottom dead center position, the plate to a position that is away from a die apparatus in a conveying direction and is below a conveying surface. The pinion includes a toothless portion that does not mesh with the rack when the rack moves between the bottom dead center position and a middle position that is between the top dead center position and the bottom dead center position.

摘要: A lubricating oil for press working contains a base oil and a fat or oil-containing additive and a calcium-containing additive added to the base oil. The proportion of the fat or oil-containing additive with respect to the whole volume of the lubricating oil for press working is 10 to 30%. The proportion of the calcium-containing additive with respect to the whole volume of the lubricating oil for press working is 5 to 15%.
