摘要： The objective of the present invention is to have a desired screen displayed with shortened waiting time in using functions for the electronic note, etc., while engaging in telephone talk. Another prime objective of the present invention is to achieve an easy-to-use mobile information terminal equipment which also functions as an electronic note, word processor, personal computer, and so on. In transitting from telephone mode (cover closed status) to information terminal mode (cover opened status), the screen to be displayed is determined to be either a historical information, talk log information, or user setting screen. This enables the user to obtain the desired screen with fewer number of operations and with less waiting time.

摘要： A power-window jamming preventing apparatus, includes a current sensing circuit, which senses a motor current flowing through a motor for driving a window glass; a current limiting circuit, which increases and decreases the motor current based on a current-limitation control signal outputted from the current sensing circuit when an amount of increase of the motor current exceeds a predetermined vale; a jamming determining circuit, which determines a jamming of a foreign matter in the window glass based on increase of the motor current to reverse a rotation of the motor; and a charge/discharge controlling circuit which monitors a voltage level of a charge/discharge controlling signal, and controls a charging/discharging circuit to keep a third reference voltage constant when the charge/discharge controlling signal having one of voltage levels is continuously outputted for a predetermined time.

摘要： A frame memory of an image recording apparatus includes a first frame memory for storing image data having a large number of pixels per unit area and a small number of gradations per pixel and a second frame memory for storing image data having a small number of pixels per unit area and a large number of gradations per pixel. Image data representing a character, a graphic figure or similar items requiring a high resolution is stored in the first frame memory, while image data inputted through a scanner or similar device and having a large number of gradations is stored in the second frame memory. In recording an image, the image data stored in the first frame memory is converted to image data having a large number of gradations, and the image data stored in the second frame memory is converted to image data having a high resolution, and recording is effected on the basis of these image data. As a result, images are recorded with high image quality by using a small-capacity frame memory.

The current following circuit includes: a following current control circuit, which controls the following current and generates a first reference voltage; and a capacitor which generates a second reference voltage indicating an average value of the first reference voltage. A first comparator compares a third reference voltage higher than the first reference voltage with the second reference voltage, and outputs the current limitation control signal. A motor current sensing range expanding circuit expands a motor current sensing range by increasing a ratio of the current sensing circuit having the shunt resistor and the reference resistor.
