Abstract: This invention is concerned with random copolymers of vinyl chloride and a hydroxyalkyl acrylates, which have a relatively narrow molecular weight distribution. These copolymers are particularly compatible with solvent based thermosetting or airdrying coating resins and are coreactive therewith.
