摘要： A computer-implemented method and system for response-time-reduction in emergency incident events can include an artificial intelligent agent (AI Agent) that can monitor an emergency environment in real-time upon an occurrence or change in one or more emergency incident information values. The AI Agent can analyze if one or more emergency incident information values occurs and/or reaches across one or more predefined thresholds. One or more first responders can then be automatically dispatched if the analysis has shown that this is necessary. The AI Agent can be rewarded based on its performance of monitoring and/or dispatching and can adjust the one or more predefined thresholds according to the reward.

摘要： A method for interacting of a PSAP with a portable network device includes detection of a trigger signal of an eyewitness-button and storing call log data of the call by the PSAP. A signaling connection between the portable network device and the PSAP can be set up and a geographical area of interest close to the actual location of the portable network device can be determined. At least one external portable network device of a list can be scanned and the scanning result from the at least one external portable network device of the list can be forwarded to the PSAP via the signaling connection after it is protected by the PSAP. Systems and devices can utilize embodiments of the method.

摘要： An emergency system can include a server adapted to receive information on emergency events via a communication network. There can be a database populated with data received via the first communication network relating to the emergency events that is adapted to provide different access rights to various entities that are interested in the data relating to the emergency events stored in the database. The database can be structured to implement private blockchain technology to prevent modification of the stored data. A method of managing emergency events using an embodiment of the shared distributed emergency system can include use of the database. The server can be configured to host the database or facilitate other computer devices' access to the database for reading access or for reading/writing access to the data of the database.
