Abstract:
A method of determining placement of an input indicator on an electronic fillable form may include identifying, by an electronic device, a confidence map associated with an electronic fillable form. The confidence map may include, for one or more fillable fields of the electronic fillable form, a set of coordinates that define an area associated with each of one or more zones. The method may include receiving, by the electronic device, a selection of a portion of the electronic fillable form associated with one or more selection coordinates of the electronic fillable form, identifying a zone to which the selection coordinates correspond, and causing an input indicator to be displayed in a fill zone associated with the identified zone.

Abstract:
A mobile electronic device is used to decode a printed correlation mark. The device receives an image of a printed correlation mark, identifies a decoding template, applies the template to detect hidden content within the printed correlation mark, and outputs an image of the detected hidden content on the display. The device may enhance the image before presenting it on the display.
Abstract:
Systems and methods are described that facilitate parallel processing of PDF documents for printing, wherein the PDF documents comprise transparency effects. Transparent objects in the PDF document are identified, and the document is divided into subgroups of pages. The transparency objects are then flattened to enable conversion to PostScript format. The PostScript pages are processed and rendered to raster for printing.
Abstract:
A method, non-transitory computer readable medium and apparatus for generating a multi-layer correlation mark via a monochrome printer are disclosed. For example, the method includes setting a first scalar value of a channel of the monochrome printer, setting a second scalar value of the channel of the monochrome printer, generating a first layer of the multi-layer correlation mark at the first scalar value of the channel, generating a second layer of the multi-layer correlation mark at the second scalar value of the channel and printing the multi-layer correlation mark comprising the first layer at the first scalar value of the channel and the second layer at the second scalar value of the channel.
Abstract:
To print a certified document, a user may select or a system may receive a selection of a document to be certified. The system identifies a security template to be used based on the document and/or capabilities of the print device on which the document will be printed. The system may display the document with a non-secure overlay of the selected security template, add a unique security element to the document according to the template, and cause the document to be printed at the selected print device with the added security element without permitting the added security element to be fully displayed or printed on any other device.
Abstract:
A method, non-transitory computer readable medium and apparatus for generating a multi-layer correlation mark key are disclosed. For example, the method includes determining a first pattern of a first layer of a multi-layer correlation mark, determining a second pattern of a second layer of the multi-layer correlation mark and printing a first key that corresponds to the first pattern and a second key that corresponds to the second pattern on a clear print medium to generate the multi-layer correlation mark key, wherein the multi-layer correlation mark key is overlaid on the multi-layer correlation mark to simultaneously decipher the first layer and the second layer of the multi-layer correlation mark.

Abstract:
Systems, methods, and devices are configured to manage the language used for documentation in a multi-function device (MFD). They include providing a message to a user, the message comprising a selection to choose a language as part of the initialization of the MFD. They also include receiving an input including the language chosen by the user. They further include determining if the language chosen by the user matches a default language in the MFD and modifying code associated with settings in electronic documentation to enable use of the language chosen by the user during the initialization in place of the default language in the electronic documentation when it is determined that the language chosen by the user does not match the default language, the electronic documentation providing information to the user for operation of the MFD.
