Abstract: The present invention provides a tube with coupling according to which liquid leakage and the like can be suppressed as much as possible when couplings are connected. A tube with coupling 10 according to the present invention is a tube with coupling 10 obtained by forming a coupling 30 on a leading end portion 22 of a tube 20 through injection molding, and the leading end portion 22 of the tube 20 is arranged at a position set back from a leading end portion 32 of the coupling 30, at least a portion of the leading end portion 22 of the tube 20 being covered by the coupling 30. It is desirable that a flange 36 is provided so as to protrude outward at a position set back from the leading end portion 32 of the coupling 30 and the leading end portion 22 of the tube 20 is arranged at a position set further back from the flange 36.

Abstract: The present invention provides a checking tool for a tube coupler with which it is possible to visually check an attachment state of the tube coupler. A checking tool 10 for a tube coupler according to the present invention is a checking tool configured to be attached to a tube coupler 30, the tube coupler being formed of a first coupling piece 31 and a second coupling piece 35 hingedly connected to each other so as to be able to be opened and closed, being configured to couple tubes to each other with use of the first coupling piece and the second coupling piece, and having hook pieces 33 and 37 that are provided protruding from outer circumferential surfaces of the first coupling piece and the second coupling piece. The checking tool includes a pair of longitudinal frames 11 that conform to an outer circumferential surface of the tube coupler, a first lateral frame 12 that connects end portions at one end of the pair of longitudinal frames to each other, a second lateral frame 16 that connects end portions at the other end of the pair of longitudinal frames to each other, a first claw piece 13 that is provided protruding from the first lateral frame toward the second lateral frame, and a second claw piece 17 that is provided protruding from the second lateral frame toward the first lateral frame.

Abstract: The present invention provides a clamping jig for tube connection with which it is possible to clamp tubes even in a small and narrow space. A clamping jig for tube connection 10 according to the present invention is a clamping jig for tube connection that clamps joint-equipped tubes 60, each tube including a protruding collar portion 63 at a position rearward of its leading end. The clamping jig for tube connection includes: a first member 20 that includes a first clamping portion 21 that is provided at a leading end thereof and to which one of the tubes is fitted, and a first gripping portion 23 formed at a base end thereof, a second member 30 that includes a second clamping portion 31 that is provided at a leading end thereof and to which the other tube is fitted, and a base end thereof being pivotally supported at the base end of the first member by a pivoting portion 27; a support rod 25 that extends from the first member through the second member; and a lever member 40 in which a leading end thereof is pivotally supported by a support portion 26 provided in the support rod, and a lever gripping portion 41 is formed at a base end thereof, the lever member 40 enabling swinging of the lever gripping portion in a direction of the base end of the second member, and the lever member 40 including a pressing portion 42 that presses the second member on the base end side relative to the support portion.
