Abstract: An apparatus for producing noodle skin pieces comprises a mold roller, a rotary cutter, and a first cutter. The mold roller has a cylindrical body and/or a column body rotatable around a center line as a rotational axis. The first cutter is configured to cut noodle skin pieces from a noodle band. Female molds are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the mold roller. The mold roller is configured to form the noodle skin pieces on the surface of the noodle band by pressing the noodle band with the outer peripheral surface while rotating. The female mold has a center part that is the deepest in the female mold and has a peripheral part. The depth in the female mold becomes gradually shallow from the center part to an outer peripheral edge part of the female mold. The depth at the outer peripheral edge part is zero.

Abstract: A dusting powder sprinkling apparatus comprises a frame body, a hinge, a hook, and a toggle latch. The frame body presses the entire circumference of a mesh body, excluding the portion provided with through-holes, along the outer peripheral surface side of the mesh body to fix the mesh body to the hopper. The hinge rotatably fixes a first frame side extending along the rotation axis direction of the brush to the outlet of the hopper. The hook is fixed to a second frame side extending along the rotation axis direction of a brush in the frame body. A tip portion of the hook projects from the outer periphery of the frame body. The toggle latch is fixed to the outlet of the hopper facing the hook and is capable of engaging with the tip of the hook.

Abstract: A powder supply apparatus, comprising a powder receiving device which receives powder, a hopper for storing powder that has an outlet at the bottom thereof, a screw feeder which is provided at the outlet of the hopper, has an extrusion port, and pushes the powder received from the outlet of the hopper toward the extrusion port by a screw. The powder supply apparatus also has a diaphragm pump having a suction port and a discharge port, and discharges air sucked from the suction port to the discharge port by an operation of a diaphragm. An atmospheric passage communicates the suction port of the diaphragm pump with the atmosphere. A communicating passage communicates the discharge port of the diaphragm pump with the powder receiving device. The extrusion port of the screw feeder is positioned within the atmospheric passage so as to supply the powder to the atmospheric passage.

Abstract: A cover device of a noodle-making machine comprises a covering member, a hinge member, and a stopper. The covering member is configured to cover an opening where a cutting blade can be exchanged therethrough. The stopper prevents the closed covering member from opening. The stopper is configured to move between a locked position and an unlocked position. When the stopper is at the unlocked position, the covering member can be opened. The stopper is configured to rotate from the unlocked position to the locked position due to gravity, without user intervention, when the covering member is at the closed position. The stopper is held by the hinge member when the covering member is at the open position.

Abstract: When a sheet of plastic wrap is wound around noodle strips, a folded portion of the sheet of plastic wrap is held between layers of the noodle strip and is double wound on an outer side of the noodle strip. The sheet of plastic wrap covers an entirety of the wound noodle strip. The sheet of plastic wrap on an outer peripheral side of the folded sheet of plastic wrap extends from and is wound around a next noodle strip. Next, another folded portion of the sheet of plastic wrap is held between layers of the next noodle strip and is double wound on an outer side thereof. The sheet of plastic wrap sequentially covers an entirety of the next noodle strip.

Abstract: An article dropping apparatus may include a first shutter and a second shutter. A first movable member is movable relative to the first shutter.
