    Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to wireless communications and, more particularly, to systems and methods for modulating user data with conjugate data for time domain communications. In one embodiment, a method performed by a device includes: modulating user data into modulated user data elements; determining conjugate data elements, wherein each conjugate data element is a conjugate or opposite conjugate of different modulated user data elements; and transmitting, over a time domain, a user data sequence comprising the modulated user data elements interleaved with the conjugate data elements.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for efficiently utilizing scattered narrow spectra without introducing interference among adjacent frequency bands are described. In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes determining a set of time-domain symbols by applying an inverse Fourier transform to a set of processed data modulated on multiple subcarrier groups. Each subcarrier group comprises an even number of subcarriers and adjacent subcarrier groups are separated by one or more unused subcarriers. The set of processed data is determined by applying a first spreading code to data carried in subcarrier groups having 2×m subcarriers when m is a positive odd number and applying one or more spreading codes to data carried in subcarrier groups having 2×n subcarriers when n is a positive even number. The method also includes transmitting the set of time-domain symbols.

The method includes: configuring a first channel bandwidth (CB) of a carrier; and in response to determining that the first CB is greater than a first preset bandwidth, configuring subcarriers in a first TBC according to a preset percentage X of the first TBC in the first CB and the first CB, so as to complete a subcarrier configuration in a transmission bandwidth configuration. The preset percentage X is within a range of [a preset lower limit value, a preset upper limit value], the preset lower limit value is greater than 90% and the preset upper limit value is less than 100%. Also provided is a transmitting node.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a data modulating and demodulating method, a data transmission method and node for multi-carrier system. The data modulating method including: selecting, by a transmitting node, corresponding waveform functions based on values of a first parameter, wherein the first parameter includes K values corresponding to K different waveform functions, respectively, and K is an integer greater than 1; and performing, by the transmitting node, using the selected waveform functions, modulation on time domain data sequences processed by Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT) to obtain a modulated data sequence. The first parameter may be configured by a base station for a UE.
