摘要: A lifting system for lifting and/or lowering loads having a lifting apparatus which is suitable for conveying loads along a lifting direction from a first transfer position into a second transfer position and along a lowering direction from the second transfer position to the first transfer position, and a conveyor apparatus which is suitable for taking on, at the first and/or the second transfer position, the loads conveyed by the lifting apparatus. The conveyor apparatus has at least one holding pendulum which is pivotable into a holding position, wherein the lifting apparatus has at least one holding receptacle for the holding pendulum, wherein the holding pendulum, in the holding position, can be placed in engagement with the holding receptacle, by a movement of the holding receptacle in the lowering direction, such that a movement of the lifting apparatus in the lowering direction is blocked, and/or the holding pendulum, in the holding position, can be placed in engagement with the holding receptacle, by a movement of the holding receptacle in the lifting direction, in such a way that a movement of the lifting apparatus in the lifting direction is blocked. The holding receptacle has a first guide track, wherein the first guide track is designed so as, during a movement of the holding receptacle along the lifting direction or the lowering direction, to move the holding pendulum into a first position in which the holding pendulum cannot be placed in engagement with the holding receptacle.

摘要: A portable and foldable lift can be attached to a surface such as a tailgate of a truck. The lift can be slid off the gate and used to lift heavy objects from the ground to the bed of the truck. The portable and foldable lift is returned in a folded position to the tailgate for easy storage. The portable and foldable lift can also be attached to a work bench, either on top or underneath, and can be folded up and stored out of the way.

摘要: A lift mechanism for a glass substrate in an exposure machine is provided, which comprises a base, a lift platform mounted on the top of the base and used to lift the glass substrate, lift bars mounted on the perimeter of the base, and at least one adsorbing devices mounted above the glass substrate; the lift bars are used to lift the perimeter of the glass substrate; each of the adsorbing devices is used to adsorb the upper surface of the substrate and able to move along the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. The lift mechanism for the glass substrate comprises a lift platform, and it has good integrality and uniform temperature, which is benefit for the HVA optically aligning of the glass substrate. Furthermore, the switch between the two-part lift method and the three-part lift method will be simple and with high working efficiency.

摘要: An assembly and a method for lifting a module of a lithography system from its support and a lithography system including such device are provided. The assembly includes a body and a track. The track comprises a ramp. The body is provided with two wheels. The first wheel vertically may extend a distance h further from a central horizontal plane of the body than the second wheel. An axis of the first wheel may be positioned in the horizontal direction at a distance D from an axis of the second wheel. The track may include a first and a second ramp. The first ramp is positioned at a distance D from the second ramp in the horizontal direction and a distance h in the vertical direction. Insertion of the body between the module and the support causes the module to be lifted from the support.
