摘要： A swiveling joint for use in a pole such as a light pole is disclosed. The swiveling joint connects a first member mounted to a lower leg of a pole with a second member mounted to an upper leg of the pole. The second leg has a skirt which sits around an annular portion of the first member, with a bearing member located between the first and second members. The bearing member can be moved from outside the second member between a locked position where the joint is fixed, and a released position where the joint can rotate.

摘要： Advertising is an important part of communication in a Society. People simply wish to inform others about the information they have and want to spread. At present many techniques are used for doing so. One of such methods is to place the information on the top of the cars or to attach to the cars, such as a bumper sticks. However, this method has a disadvantage, that the process of attachment to the top of the cars is difficult and needs hardware which are expensive, also there is another problem, when a flat sheet of information is attached to the sides of the holding means on the top of the car it would resist against the movement of the air and waste the energy of the moving car. The bumper sticks have their own problems, since they could not be removed or exchanged easily, for such reasons, alternative means would be beneficial. The methods and means, introduced in this application, has the advantage, that first, they can be attached to the cars, very easily, by simply placing parts of the units inside the car and closing the windows or the trunk of the car. Second, these units have the advantages which they will fly like a kite thus the unit will not resist against the movement of the air and would not waste energy. Third, in some models this invention will allow information to be placed inside a packet so that it can be exchanged easily without the need to exchange the whole information unit. Also the unit provides ornaments in order to make their use amusing and more attractive. Also the application introduces different models and units so that the job of advertisement to be easier, more versatile, interesting and economical.

摘要： A flag holder designed to be mounted on a post is made of a collar adapted to hold at least one and preferably several dowels. The collar includes a center arm and two substantially parallel side arms connected to the center arm in substantially perpendicular format to form a shaped band for encircling a post. The collar also includes a pair of gripping ears extending inwardly from the second ends of the parallel side arms. Thus, the collar surrounds a central cavity for receiving the post. The collar further includes at least one dowel and preferably more channel forms on the outer surface of the collar, wherein the dowel channel forms include at least one dowel channel for receiving a dowel holding a flag.

摘要： A flagpole top support bracket assembly for a top end of a flagpole is disclosed, and includes a cap for mounting on the upper end of the flagpole. The cap defines a cavity for receiving an upper portion of the flagpole, and the cavity extends inwardly from an opening in a lower end of the cap. The cap has an outer surface and an annular groove formed in the outer surface. 摘要： An attachment mechanism is described for attaching accessories to a stake hole in the sidewall of a cargo area of a vehicle, such as a pickup truck. The mechanism comprises of a base plate with a grove formed in the top of the base plate having the shape of an inverted T. An attachment plate having a connector, also having the shape of an inverted T, is attached to the bottom surface of the attachment plate. An attachment such as a tie down ring, a tie down anchor, a flag pole or tent pole holder or the like is attached to the top surface of the attachment plate. The attachment plate can then be attached to the base plate by sliding the inverted T shaped connector into the inverted T shaped groove in the base plate. Another attachment mechanism is described which can be used to attach accessories to vehicles without stake holes or to other regions of a vehicle.
