    摘要: An electric motor has an armature rotatably accommodated inside a motor housing and a pair of magnets fixed to an inner surface of the motor housing so as to face the armature. The armature has an armature core 17 fixed to a rotating shaft 16, and ten slots S1 to S10 formed on the armature core accommodate coils. These slots S1 to S10 are of four types that are different in shape, thereby enhancing a lamination factor of each coil. Also, these slots S1 to S10 are formed so as to be tilted in a rotating direction with respect to an axial direction of the rotating shaft 16. Therefore, a magnetic imbalance caused by the slots S1 to S10 being formed in varying shapes is uniformized.

The invention also relates to a method for the manufacture of a stator arrangement of this kind and a direct current motor that employs such a stator arrangement.

    摘要: A direct current motor having an armature supported between magnetic pole plates having pairs of dual pole shoes extending between the plates in diametric opposition with respect to the periphery of the armature is energized by direct current through a pair of iron coil cores at opposite sides of the armature and connected with the magnetic pole plates. In other embodiments, the magnetic flux pattern facing the armature is longitudinally divided by a groove in the respective pole of the pairs of pole shoes facing the armature. Wiring and electrical current controls connect a DC source to the coils and armature for operating the armature and providing a selected torque with a minimum of ampere drain from the DC source.

The rotor has a rotor core which comprises at least a first tooth, a second tooth and a third tooth which are adjacent. Each of the teeth comprises a rib section radially and outwardly extending from a core and a tooth section located at an outer end of the rib section. The angle between the first tooth and the second tooth is n degrees, wherein when the rotor core is rotated n degrees to move the first tooth towards the second tooth, the rotated second tooth does not coincide with the pre-rotated third tooth.

Further, an exciting force of the central salient pole is greater than that of the auxiliary salient poles and in starting, the same magnetic pole as the magnetic pole of the field magnet generates in a facing surface of the central salient pole and a repulsive force occurs so that the armature core is urged to rotate.

    摘要: A small-sized motor includes a rotor, which, in turn, includes a shaft, a laminated core forming salient magnetic poles an odd number and mounted on the shaft, windings, each being wound around a plurality of salient magnetic poles, and a commutator mounted on the shaft. Each salient magnetic pole includes an arm portion and wing portions, which are integrated with ends of the arm portion and circumferentially extends symmetrically with respect to the arm portion. When core laminations of the laminated core each has a thickness u, the laminated core has a diameter D, and the wing portion has a thickness t as measured at its root in a radial direction, the thickness t falls within the range from 5.5% the core diameter D as an upper limit to the core-lamination thickness u as a lower limit. Thus, it becomes possible to solve a problem of a rotor having an odd number of poles in that vibration is likely to arise, to thereby suppress vibration, while maintaining a feature of the rotor that a large torque can be produced.
