摘要: A permanent magnet machine includes a rotor and an irregular polyhedron shaped magnet assembly. The rotor may define at least one magnet opening and may be configured to rotate within a circular opening defined by a stator. The irregular polyhedron shaped magnet assembly may be disposed in the magnet opening and may define a magnetization direction, wherein a height along the magnetization direction and perpendicular with a lamination plane of the rotor is greater at both ends than at a central portion disposed therebetween.

摘要: A brushless synchronous motor includes a rotor having a number n of embedded permanent magnets and being rotatable relative to a stator having a number of stator teeth provided with a three-phase stator winding, while forming an air gap. An angle between two adjacent permanent magnets is 360°/n where n>8, an angle between two adjacent stator teeth is 360°/n+2, and an inner contour of the stator facing the rotor has a curved structure with curvature valleys provided at ends of the stator teeth.

摘要: A rotor having permanent magnets for a brushless electromotor includes a yoke formed from a plurality of silicon steel sheets laminated together and provided along its outer periphery with even number of, at least four magnetic poles. The magnetic poles are alternately provided substantially at equal distances from a rotational axis with slots to receive the respective permanent magnets such that the sides of the permanent magnets facing a rotary shaft have the same polarity. As a result, a compact and efficient rotor is obtained, and damage to or flying off of the permanent magnets is prevented.

摘要: A direct current motor having an armature supported between magnetic pole plates having pairs of dual pole shoes extending between the plates in diametric opposition with respect to the periphery of the armature is energized by direct current through a pair of iron coil cores at opposite sides of the armature and connected with the magnetic pole plates. In other embodiments, the magnetic flux pattern facing the armature is longitudinally divided by a groove in the respective pole of the pairs of pole shoes facing the armature. Wiring and electrical current controls connect a DC source to the coils and armature for operating the armature and providing a selected torque with a minimum of ampere drain from the DC source.

摘要: A DC electric rotating machine, such as a starter of an automotive vehicle, includes a stator with salient poles having at least four poles distributed uniformly over the circumference of the stator, a rotor disposed inside the stator, a set of brushes adapted for the electric supply of the rotor, and at least two geometrically opposed salient poles. Each pole includes at least one substantially radial slot in a plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor and preferably passes through the axis of the rotor. By minimizing the reaction fields of the armature, utilization of the magnetic material of the parts of the stator is balanced and a harmful armature reaction effect, which increases saturation of the polar parts of the inductor and which leads to reduction in the driving magnetic torque, is mitigated.
