摘要: A quick connector includes a coupler fluidically connected by a passage to a first fluid tube. A retainer housing in axial alignment with the passage is installed on the coupler and a movable retainer is installed in the retainer housing in a first position. A second fluid tube having a raised bead formed proximate an end portion of the second fluid tube is permitted to be installed into the retainer housing cavity by the retainer when the retainer is in the first position. Moving the retainer to a second position latches the bead to the retainer housing retaining the second fluid tube to the quick connector.

摘要: A quick connector comprises a sleeving component and a sliding lock. The sleeving component comprises a stop part configured to stop the automatic moving of the sliding lock toward the interior of the sleeve component in the transverse direction when a fluid pipeline is inserted into the sleeving component, and release the stopping of the sliding block when the fluid pipeline is completely pushed into a main body of the sleeving component. The sliding lock further comprises at least one locking hook, and the locking hooks matches a locking catch arranged in the main body of the sleeving component. When a fluid pipeline is completely pushed into the main body of the sleeving component, the locking hooks moves around the locking catch and finally surrounds the locking catch.

摘要: A fitting for a pipe has a cylindrical sleeve and a spigot fitted concentrically within the sleeve. The sleeve is slidable along the spigot in a proximal direction. The sleeve has a gripper ring cavity with a conical bearing surface with a diameter that is smaller at the distal end and a larger at the proximal end. One or more gripper rings fit within the cavity and slidingly engage the bearing surface. The spigot has an outer surface sized to fit within a proximal end of the pipe. The inner surface of the gripper rings and the outer surface of the spigot define an annular space with a first radial width sized to accept insertion of the proximal end of the pipe. When the sleeve is moved with respect to the spigot in the proximal direction toward a sealed position, the rings are inwardly compressed by the bearing surface to grip an outer surface of the pipe. The end of the pipe is drawn into a space between the sleeve and the spigot with radial width smaller than the first radial width.

摘要: A sensor for a fluid duct in a fluid housing has a sensor housing, which has an insert part which complements a receiving part of the fluid housing, and a sealing element, which is arranged on a sealing section of the insert part and is configured to seal off an intermediate space between the sealing section and the receiving part when the insert part is inserted in an insertion direction into the receiving part in a final assembly position. The insert part has a securing section with a latching groove which is configured for a spring-elastic securing element to be able to engage into the latching groove in the final assembly position in order to fasten the sensor to the fluid housing. A sensor assembly having a sensor of this kind is also provided.
