A lens member includes a HDPE (high density polyethylene) lens and a lens mounting structure that includes a lens retention hook. A bracket defines an aperture in registration with the motion sensor and further defines a lens securement aperture configured to accommodate the lens retention hook. The bracket may also define a lens securement spring configured to provide a biasing force to the lens retention hook of the lens mounting structure.

摘要: A data capture device includes: an imaging module including an image sensor and a lens; a temperature sensor associated with the imaging module; a memory storing, for a plurality of temperatures, respective imaging module response parameters corresponding to the temperatures; an imaging controller connected to the image sensor and the temperature sensor; the imaging controller including a frame generator configured to: receive (i) image data from the image sensor and (ii) a temperature measurement from the temperature sensor; generate a raw image frame containing the temperature measurement and the image data; and provide the raw image frame to a calibrator for generation of a calibrated image frame based on the raw image frame and one of the imaging module response parameters corresponding to the temperature matching the temperature measurement.

The fan frame includes an air inlet and an air outlet. The impeller is rotatably mounted between the air inlet and the air outlet. The sensing portion of the temperature sensor is securely suspended in one of the air inlet and the air outlet of the fan frame by the insulating hardened layer.

The probe port also includes a flange coupled to the tubular member and radially outwardly projecting therefrom, the flange being secured to the flexible bag so that the first end of the tubular member projects into a chamber of the flexible bag while the second end of the first passageway of the tubular member is accessible from outside of the flexible bag. The probe is received within the first passageway of the probe port.

The unbonded flexible pipe has a length and a longitudinal axis and comprises, from the inside and out, an internal armour layer, an internal pressure sheath, at least one external amour layer and an outer sheath. At least one of the layers comprises an optical sensor connected to an optical monitoring system and at least one of the armour layers is a metallic and electrically conductive amour layer. The method makes it possible to test an electrical heating system and an optical sensor substantially simultaneously.

These systems and methods may also include a base station and a remote analytics unit (e.g., software, hardware or firmware, including application software that may run on a hand-held or wearable electronics device). The inter-aural device (earplug device) may record and pre-process information that may then be adaptively passed on the remote analytics unit for further processing. The earplug device may engage the remote analytics unit with to download and process the temperature measurement data from the device, to electrically charge the device and also to communicate wirelessly with a smart phone or different types of mobile devices.

摘要: The Thermowell extension is an adaptor that works in concert with a Thermowell and an applicable instrument. The adaptor is a male to female coupling that is adapted to interface between an opening of the Thermowell and an existing plug of the Thermowell. The adaptor raises the actual location of the opening into which the existing plug of the Thermowell is affixed in order to accommodate an insulation layer provided over an applicable pipe or conduit. The instrument is still able to extend to the closed end of the Thermowell.

摘要: The present invention relates to a high-tech temperature control device for a semiconductor manufacturing facility and, more specifically, to a high-tech temperature control device for an electrostatic chuck, which supports a wafer and maintains the temperature in a semiconductor wafer processing process. It is possible to very precisely control a temperature of an electrostatic chuck by maintaining temperatures and a mixing flow rate of a heating heat medium and a cooling heat medium constant and adjusting a mixing ratio. Meanwhile, the heat medium after heating and cooling is collected and reused, thereby efficiently using energy.
