Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a kit and method for testing harmful heavy metals onsite, which can determine the presence or absence of harmful heavy metals and the degree of contamination with harmful heavy metals dissolved in water or contained in sediment, soil, deep-sea mining tailings and the like. The kit includes a receiving member and a diagnostic solution containing a biosurfactant, which is accommodated in the receiving member and undergoes an ion exchange reaction with a liquid including harmful heavy metals or a solid sample from which harmful heavy metals are leached in a liquid phase.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to preserve the total content of chlorophyll in an extract while increasing the extraction yield of a Spirulina extract. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition and health functional food for prevention or treatment of degenerative cranial nerve diseases containing a Spirulina extract as an active ingredient, and to provide a method for treating degenerative cranial nerve diseases using a Spirulina extract. The present invention provides a method for producing a Spirulina extract including the steps of (a) preparing a Spirulina powder; (b) adding 50% to 80% of ethanol to the Spirulina powder and performing an ultrasonic pretreatment at 15° C. to 35° C.; (c) extracting a Spirulina extract at 50° C. to 80° C.; (d) vacuum-concentrating the Spirulina extract; and (e) freeze-drying the vacuum-concentrated Spirulina extract.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel thieno[3,2-b]pyridine-5(4H)-one derivative compound, a preparation method thereof, and a use thereof. The novel thieno[3,2-b]pyridine-5(4H)-one derivative compound according to the present invention is synthesized via an aza-[3+3] cyclization addition reaction using BOP, wherein the compound is obtained by synthesizing a 4-arylthiophen-3-amine in which aryl groups such as 4-piperidyl-C6H4, 4-pyrrolidyl-C6H4, 4-MeOC6H4, 3,4,5-(MeO)3C6H4, C6H5, 4-C6H5C6H4, and 4-F3COC6H4 are introduced via a synthesis process by a bromination reaction, a hydrolysis reaction, a decarboxylation reaction, and a Suzuki coupling reaction of methyl 3-aminothiophene carboxylate, and by synthesizing 4-arylthiophen-3-amine and mono-methyl fumarate via a formal aza-[3+3] cyclization addition reaction using BOP and conjugation. Accordingly, novel thieno[3,2-b]pyridine-5(4H)-one derivative compounds according to the present invention have fluorescence properties with a wide range of emission wavelengths and thus may be utilized in various industrial fields such as physics, chemistry, and biomedical research.

Abstract: This application relates to a multifunctional recovery apparatus of shore adhesion oils. The multifunctional recovery apparatus of shore adhesion oils removing and recovering oil spilling and sticking at a shore is mounted on a four-wheel vehicle. A skimmer assembly separating oil sticking to the surface of rocks at a shore, and absorbing and recovering an oil spill at the shore is installed at the front of the four-wheel vehicle. The skimmer assembly includes a rotary skimmer having a rotary roller separating oil, and a vacuum suction skimmer suctioning oil floating on a water surface. The rotary skimmer and the vacuum suction skimmer may be selectively or simultaneously used, if necessary.

Abstract: A seawater battery cell may include: a seawater battery module having an anode and a cathode; a watertight structure coupled to the seawater battery module, the watertight structure being configured to tightly seal the anode and the cathode from seawater; a first watertight connector portion electrically connected to any one of the anode and the cathode; and a second watertight connector portion electrically connected to remaining one of the anode and the cathode and coupled to a first watertight connector portion of an adjacent seawater battery cell. As a result, the seawater battery cell, which can be fully submerged under seawater, can be applied to various fields.

Abstract: A recovery system for large-scale spilled oil flowing onto and adhered to a shore is disclosed.
