Abstract: A thin film transistor is provided to include a gate, an active layer, a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode includes at least two first conductive parts extending in a first direction and a first connection part extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The at least two first conductive parts are arranged at intervals along the second direction and a first end of each of the at least first conductive parts is coupled to the first connection part, and two adjacent ones of the at least two first conductive parts form a first U-shaped opening with the first connection part. The second electrode includes at least one second conductive part extending in the first direction, a first end of the second conductive part proximal to the first connection part is in the first U-shaped opening.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate. The array substrate may include a pixel unit. The pixel unit may include a third transistor, a sixth transistor, a light emitting device, and a boosting capacitor. The boosting capacitor may include a first electrode and a second electrode. A control terminal, a first terminal, and a second terminal of the third transistor may be electrically connected to a first node, a second node, and a third node, respectively. A control terminal, a first terminal and a second terminal of the sixth transistor may be electrically connected to an emission signal line, a first terminal of the light emitting device, and the second node, respectively. The first electrode and the second electrode of the boosting capacitor may be electrically connected to a gate line and the first node, respectively.

Abstract: An array substrate includes a base substrate including a plurality of pixel regions arranged in an array, a plurality of thin film transistors distributed within respective ones of the plurality of pixel regions, each of the thin film transistors including an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode, the drain electrode including a first portion located in a second via, a passivation layer located on the source electrodes and the drain electrodes. The passivation layer is on the first portions of the drain electrode. A plurality of pixel electrodes are distributed within respective ones of the plurality of pixel regions and located on the passivation layer. Each of the pixel electrodes are electrically connected to a respective one of the drain electrodes through a respective third via that extends through the passivation layer.
