Abstract: A display substrate and a display device are provided, the display substrate includes a driving circuit substrate, a plurality of first electrodes and a pixel definition layer, and the driving circuit substrate includes a plurality of pixel driving circuits and a protective insulating layer. The plurality of first electrodes are respectively electrically connected to the output terminals of the plurality of pixel driving circuits through the plurality of first vias in the protective insulating layer, and each first electrode includes a first sub-electrode layer, a second sub-electrode layer and a transition layer. The first sub-electrode layer is electrically connected to the second sub-electrode layer through the first opening in the transition layer. An orthographic projection of a first opening of at least one first electrode on the driving circuit substrate is located inside an orthographic projection of the pixel definition layer on the driving circuit substrate.

Abstract: A display panel includes a driving backplane, a first electrode layer, a pixel definition layer, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode. The first electrode layer is disposed on one side of the driving backplane and includes a plurality of first electrodes. The pixel definition layer is arranged on the side, same as the first electrode layer, of the driving backplane and exposes each of the first electrodes. The pixel definition layer includes a filling layer and a cut-off layer stacked in a direction away from the driving backplane, where the filling layer has a thickness smaller than the first electrode layer. The cut-off layer is provided with a separation slot located outside the first electrodes, and a first cut-off slot is provided on a sidewall of the separation slot. The light-emitting layer covers the cut-off layer and the first electrode layer. The second electrode covers the light-emitting layer.

In the display substrate, because the area of the orthographic projection of the first opening region on the first base substrate is less, the area of the orthographic projection of the second opening region on the first base substrate is larger, and the area of the orthographic projection of the third opening region on the first base substrate is larger, the first subpixel of the display substrate emits less light, and the second subpixel and the third subpixel emit more light. In addition, because the wavelength of the first color is larger and the proportion of the light of the first color in the light emitted from the display substrate is less, the color cast of the display panel can be avoided and the display panel has a better display effect.

The second electrode layer covers the pixel definition layer and the light-emitting functional layer. Abstract: A display includes a display substrate and a flexible circuit board. The driving circuit includes a transistor with a semiconductor layer; the flexible circuit board includes a flexible substrate, a first wiring layer, and a first reinforcement plate. The first wiring layer includes a main wiring portion and a second pad electrically connected with the main wiring portion, and the second pad is electrically connected with the first pad by a conductive adhesive layer. The first reinforcement plate covers the main wiring portion and does not cover the second pad.
