Abstract: The disclosure discloses a photoelectric detector and a photoelectric detection device, the photoelectric detector includes: a photosensitive active layer (100) including a first surface (1) and a second surface (2) opposite to each other; a first electrode (200) and a second electrode (300) located on the first surface (1) of the photosensitive active layer (100), and arranged spaced apart from each other; and a third electrode (400) located on the second surface (2) of the photosensitive active layer (100); where the first electrode (200) and the second electrode (300) respectively contact directly with the first surface (1) of the photosensitive active layer (100), and the third electrode (400) contacts directly with the second surface (2) of the photosensitive active layer (100). The photoelectric detector can improve the contrast between light current and dark current.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a photoelectric detection device and a photoelectric detection apparatus. The photoelectric detection device includes a substrate, a reflective structure provided on the substrate and a photoelectric conversion layer provided on the reflective structure, and has a plurality of pixel regions and a plurality of interval regions each provided between two adjacent pixel regions. Abstract: According to the embodiments of the disclosure, a shift register and a method for driving the same, a gate driving circuit and a display apparatus may be provided. The shift register includes an input module, a node control module, a first output module and a second output module. The input module may control a potential at a first node via an input signal end and a first clock signal end, the node control module may configured to control the potential at a first node via a first control signal end and a DC signal end, the first output module may control the potential at a driving signal output end via a second control signal end and the DC signal end, and the second output module may maintain a voltage difference between the first node and the driving signal output end in a stable state when the first node is in a floating state and control the potential at the driving signal output end via the first node and the second clock signal end. By cooperating with each other, these four modules may achieve the outputs of scanning signals with a simpler structure and a fewer signal lines, so as to simplify the manufacturing process and reduce the production cost.

Abstract: A pixel driver circuit includes a driving transistor, a first storage capacitor, a second storage capacitor, a threshold compensation unit, a data writing and a light-emitting control unit. The threshold compensation is configured to control the driving transistor to be turned on at a threshold compensation stage and discharge toward a resetting voltage line until the driving transistor is turned off. The data writing is configured to write a data voltage into a gate electrode of the driving transistor at a data writing stage. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a reading circuit, a driving method of the reading circuit and a photoelectric detector including the reading circuit. The reading circuit includes a reset sub-circuit, a readout sub-circuit, a driving sub-circuit and an integration sub-circuit.
