    摘要: A door lock includes a tubular casing having a front end-plate covered with a panel. The casing receives a bolt, a linking piece, a trigger and a tumbler therein, with the bolt connected to a slider through the linking piece. The slider has two pairs of cogs, and is movable between two opposite guides. An annular follower is positioned in the guides and has a pair of paws for selectively pushing the pairs of cogs in order to move the slider and hence the bolt backward. The slider further has a pair of indentations and one guide have a pair of teeth engagable with rear ends of the indentations when the bolt is fully extended, so as to provide the bolt with an extended position independent from the panel. Additionally, the guide has two pairs of opposite stops located between the pairs of cogs.

The outside screw holes are defined through the outside bracket and communicate with the outside passages. The outside adjustment device has two sliding blocks and two adjustment screws. The sliding blocks are slidably mounted in the outside passages. The adjustment screws are screwed into the outside screw holes to push the sliding blocks to abut a surface in a doorknob hole in the door. The inside bracket has a configuration similar the outside adjustment device. The extended adjustment devices firmly hold the tubular doorknob in the doorknob hole.

    摘要: An inner unlatching mechanism for a bathroom lock includes an inner unlatching rod, a fixing member, a locking wheel, and a follower wheel. The fixing member is fixed to an inner rose and mounted around the inner S unlatching rod. A truncated conic unlatching groove and a locking groove are defined in a side of the fixing member. The locking groove has a depth rod not equal to that of the unlatching groove. When an inner handle is turned to turn an inner spindle through 40-60 degrees, an engaging block of the locking wheel is moved into the unlatching groove of the fixing member, and an arcuate drive portion of the locking wheel is disengaged from a notch of the follower wheel, thereby achieving the unlatching function.

    摘要: An optical disc drive includes a spindle motor, a control unit, and a detection device. The spindle motor is adapted for rotating an optical disc. The control unit controls rotation of the spindle motor. The detection device is coupled to and is controlled by the control unit to detect the rotation speed change rate of the spindle motor within a predetermined time period, to determine if the change rate detected thereby is smaller than a predetermined reference value, and to generate an output signal received by the control unit to indicate that the spindle motor has reached a state where the rotation speed thereof is stable when the change rate detected by the detection device is smaller than the predetermined reference value.
