An annular ring member is received in the groove, said ring member having an outer diameter larger than the diameter of said swash plate and forming with the bottom annular surface of said groove a substantially annular clearance at least during the operation of the compressor.

    摘要: A swash plate type compressor having a pair of axially combined front and rear cylinder blocks forming therein a plurality of cylinder bores and a swash plate chamber into which an oil-contained refrigerant is introduced from an air-conditioning circuit, a drive shaft centrally rotatably mounted in the combined cylinder block, a swash plate having sliding contact faces oblique to an axis of the drive shaft, and supported on the drive shaft so that the swash plate is rotated within the swash plate chamber, compressing double-headed pistons slidably fitted in the cylinder bores, shoes intervened between the swash plate and the pistons for causing reciprocating motions of the pistons in response to rotating motion of the swash plate, and a shoe and swash plate lubricator for constantly supplying a lubricating oil component contained in the refrigerant gas between the swash plate and the shoes. The shoe and swash plate lubricator is formed by recessed portions arranged in a determined part of the sliding contact faces of the swash plate, and captures and retains the oil-contained refrigerant at a position adjacent to the circularly extending flat path of the swash plate in sliding contact with the shoes while the swash plate is rotating within the swash plate chamber, to constantly supply the oil-contained refrigerant to each of the shoes and the swash plate per se.

    摘要: A piston type compressor having a cylinder block in which a plurality of compression chambers permit a plurality of pistons to be reciprocated so as to compress a refrigerant gas pumped from a suction chamber formed in an end housing into the compression chambers through suction ports of a valve plate, openably closed by a suction valve mechanism with a plurality of suction reed valves oscillatorily movable with regard to two bearing points, respectively, and to discharge the compressed refrigerant gas from the compression chambers into a discharge chamber formed in the end housing through discharge ports of the valve plate, openably closed by a discharge valve mechanism having a plurality of discharge reed valves oscillatorily movable with regard to two bearing points, respectively. The suction and discharge reed valves of the suction and discharge valve mechanisms are prevented suffering the effect of complicated and irregular vibrations by an asymmetrical arrangement of the suction and discharge ports of the valve plate with regard to bisectors perpendicular to lines connecting the respective two bearing points.
