Abstract: This application provides a synchronization signal sending method and receiving method, and an apparatus. In the method, a base station determines a frequency domain position of a target frequency resource based on a frequency interval of synchronization channels, wherein the frequency interval of synchronization channels is 2m times a predefined frequency resource of a physical resource block, and m is a preset nonnegative integer. The base station sends a synchronization signal by using the target frequency resource.

Abstract: A downlink channel decoding method, a downlink information transmission method, a user equipment, and a base station are provided. The downlink channel decoding method includes: determining, by a user equipment, a resource unit occupied by a DMRS; and decoding a downlink channel based on the DMRS transmitted on the resource unit. The present invention can enable different DMRS patterns to concurrently exist on an NCT carrier. In a downlink transmission process, a DMRS pattern used for downlink transmission is determined according to priorities of different channels and/or signals, which can ensure optimal performance of a high-priority channel and/or signal, and can further improve downlink transmission performance.

Abstract: A data transceiving method includes: receiving a first reference signal transmitted on a subcarrier in a target physical resource block, and performing, according to a first mapping rule, corresponding processing on the first reference signal received from the subcarrier in the target physical resource block, where the first mapping rule defines at least mapping of the first reference signal to 10 specified subcarriers in a physical resource block, none of the 10 specified subcarriers are in a DC subcarrier candidate set, and the first reference signal includes a PCRS. In the embodiments of this application, only the 10 specified subcarriers in the physical resource block that are not used as DC subcarriers are selected to transmit the first reference signal, and no additional DC subcarrier is set. In this way, a quantity of downlink subcarriers in a system does not change dynamically.
