摘要： An LED lamp comprises a heat sink with a plurality of LED modules attached thereon, an envelope receiving the heat sink and the LED modules, and a top cover and a bottom cover mounted at two ends of the heat sink via a plurality of fasteners and shafts with an elastic member coiled therearound. The top cover, the envelope and the bottom cover cooperatively form a sealed space receiving the heat sink and the LED modules. When the fasteners are fastened toward the heat sink, the shafts move upwardly relative to the bottom cover, whereby a distance between the top cover and the heat sink is decreased, so the heat sink makes tight contact with the top cover.

摘要： An LED safety lamp includes a cover, a heat-conductive plate thermally attached to and mounted on the cover, a heat sink thermally attached to and mounted on the heat-conductive plate, a plurality of LED modules attached to the heat sink, a transparent housing enclosing the heat sink and the LED modules and hermetically secured to the cover. The cover includes a hollow tube, a flameproof connector and a flexible component received in the hollow tube. The flexile component is depressed by the connector to expand thereby to seal the hollow tube and fix the electrical wires extending through the flexible component in position, thereby providing an excellent airproof effectiveness to the LED lamp.

摘要： A heat dissipation system is used for dissipating heat generated by an electronic device mounted on a printed circuit board. The heat dissipation system includes an enclosure adapted to receive the electronic device therein, the enclosure having a base plate on which the printed circuit board is mounted. A spreader adapted for contacting the electronic device in the enclosure. A plurality of fins disposed between the printed circuit board and the base plate, the fins thermally engaging with the base plate. A heat pipe is used to thermally connect the spreader and the fins together, which are positioned at opposite sides of the printed circuit board, respectively. Accordingly, the enclosure can help to dissipate the heat generated by the electronic device.

The piercing member includes a piercing body extending through the engaging part of the main body and a tubular part and a hook. The wire clip includes a pivot shaft pivotally connected with the tubular part of the piercing member, a locking leg for fastening to the main body and a lever interconnecting the pivot shaft and the locking leg together, wherein the lever is rotatable to change the positional relationship between the piercing member and the engaging part of the main body.

Each fastener includes a screw cap (42), a spring (44) and a sleeve (46). The screw cap and the sleeve are movably connected together. The screw cap includes a head (420) and a tube (422) extending from the head. The tube includes a first cavity (424) and a second cavity (426). The back plate forms a plurality of posts (34) passing through the chassis and threadedly engaging in the first cavities of the tubes. A spring (44) is compressed between the first cavity of the tube and a bottom wall of the sleeve, for providing appropriate downwardly pressing force on the chassis of the heat sink against a CPU (22) mounted on a PCB (20).

At least a heat pipe has a first section thereof thermally combined to the seat, and two second sections thereof extending from the first section and remotely from the seat. Pluralities of heat sinks are located on the seat. Each of the pluralities of heat sinks has a base and a plurality of fins integrally extending from the base and is made of aluminum extrusion. The bases of the heat sinks thermally sandwich the two second sections of the at least a heat pipe therebetween. At least one of the bases of the heat sinks is angled or perpendicular to the seat.

Each of the fin plates includes a main body (14) and a pair of flanges extending perpendicularly from opposite top and bottom sides of the main body. Each flange comprises a first plane extending from the main body and a second plane extending from the first plane. The second plane comprises a pair of engaging projections extending from two ends thereof. The second plane of a rear fin plate covers the first plane of an adjacent front fin plate. The rear and front fin plates are interlocked by the engaging projections of the rear fin plate bent to respectively engage two ends of the first plane of the front fin plate.

The operating member is connected to the piercing part and linearly movable along a direction perpendicular to the engaging part to put the pressing part in tension by exerting a force on the engaging part or to relax the tension by relieving the force exerted on the engaging part.
