摘要： The present invention provides a solid golf ball which has an improved flying distance, controllability and shot feeling. The solid golf ball has a core and a cover. The core has a hardness of 55 to 75 at a center thereof and a hardness on a surface thereof that is greater than the hardness at the center by 10 or more. The cover has a hardness satisfying the following expressions (1) and (2): (hardness of the cover)−(hardness at the center of the core)≦17 (1), (hardness of the cover)−(hardness on the surface of the core)≦5 (2). The hardness being defined in terms of JIS-C scale hardness meter.

摘要： The present invention provides a hollow golf ball having a spherical cavity in the center, which exhibits excellent durability and less impact strength to result in excellent shot feel without degrading flight performance, and the production of the same. The hollow golf ball includes: (a) hollow center formed from a material selected from the group consisting of rubber, thermoplastic resin and a mixture thereof, the hollow center having a hollow portion with a diameter of 5 to 30 mm; (b) at least one core rubber layer, formed on said hollow center, the core rubber layer being obtained by vulcanizing a rubber composition which comprises a base rubber, a metal salt of an unsaturated carboxylic acid, an organic peroxide and filler; and (c) a cover formed on said core rubber layer.

摘要： A solid golf ball comprising a core and a cover, wherein the core has a trans structure content in polybutadiene of 10 to 30%. The core is produced by vulcanizing a rubber composition containing a butadiene rubber having cis structure content of not less than 90% before vulcanization, as a base rubber, wherein an amount of trans structure after vulcanization is 10 to 30% and a difference in hardness measured by a JIS-C type hardness tester between the center of the core and each point located from the center to the surface at an interval of 5 mm is not more than 10%. The rubber composition for forming the core comprises a vulcanizing agent, a filler, an organic peroxide and an organophosphorus compound, in addition to the butadiene rubber having cis structure content of not less than 90% before vulcanization.
