According to the invention the processor is responsible for accessing the list of desired broadcast media contents stored in the memory; the radio tuner is controlled to detect the radio stations to retrieve information of the broadcast media contents that are currently being, or are in the near future to be, broadcast from the radio stations; the retrieved information is compared with the list of desired broadcast media contents; and the user is alerted via the user communication interface if the comparison reveals that a broadcast media content that is currently being, or are in the near future to be, broadcast is comprised in the list of desired broadcast media contents.

摘要： A communication terminal has a predictive text editor for use in a dialogue application. The communication terminal comprises a transceiver unit through which said communication terminal is connected with a network and being able to receive a dialogue input. Language information is identified in said dialogue input. A directory language is automatically selected for said predictive text editor according to the identified language. The predictive text editor uses the selected directory language for transforming a string of ambiguous keystrokes entered by the user into text for said dialogue application.

One of said matching word completion candidates is displayed in the display for selection by the user. When the user selects a word which exceeds a first predetermined number of characters the selected word is added to the directory including a plurality of word completion candidates, if the selected word is not present there already.

A scroll key allowing the user to scroll between operations included in said group of actions available for said second operation key. The user selects a highlighted operation by pressing a selection key.

A presence attribute indicator for a first party is displayed, in a mobile telephone application, with an entry associated with the telephone number of the first party. A user, while displaying an entry for a party in a mobile telephone application, has a selectable option for initiating instant messaging with the party. The mobile telephone provides a customised menu of selectable options for initiating communication. The menu is dependent upon received presence attribute information. A calendar application can store the content of an instant messaging dialaogue in an appointment record. When an application accesses a stored telephone number of a party the stored instant messaging address of that party is automatically accessed or accessible and when the application accesses a stored instant messaging address of a party, the stored telephone number of that party is automatically accessed or accessible.
