    摘要: An organic light-emitting substrate includes a base substrate, a gate line, a data line, a bias line, an organic light-emitting diode, a switching transistor, a driving transistor and a repair line. The bias line is spaced apart from the gate line and the data line. The organic light-emitting diode includes a pixel electrode, a common electrode and an organic light-emitting part. The switching transistor is connected to the gate line and the data line. The driving transistor is connected to the bias line, the pixel electrode and the switching transistor. The repair line is formed from a pixel metal layer that is identical to the pixel electrode to be spaced apart from the pixel electrode, and is formed along the first direction to be overlapped with the gate line. Therefore, the repair line may repair electric defects of the gate line.

Each of the stages includes a circuit transistor, a capacitor part, a first connecting electrode and a second connecting electrode. The circuit transistor outputs the gate signal to an output electrode in response to a control signal inputted to a control electrode. The capacitor part is disposed adjacent to the circuit transistor, and includes a first electrode, a second electrode disposed over the first electrode, a third electrode disposed over the second electrode and a fourth electrode disposed over the third electrode. The first connecting electrode electrically connects the control electrode to the first and third electrodes.     摘要: There are provided an organic EL device and a method of fabricating the same. An effective display area on which an anode electrode, an organic luminescence layer and a cathode electrode are formed is sealed by means of a metal can, a glass cap or an organic/inorganic material. A power source is applied to the anode and the cathode electrodes through a power transferring part extended from the effective display area to a non-effective display area. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the oxidation of the cathode electrode of the organic EL device, thereby preventing the electrical contact characteristics of the cathode electrode from being deteriorated.
