    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may indicate support of an extended cyclic prefix (ECP), where a duration of the ECP or transmitting the ECP is based on the indication. In some cases, the UE may receive an uplink grant to transmit an uplink message with an indication of the ECP, and the UE may transmit the ECP and uplink message according to a timeline based in part on the ECP. Additionally or alternatively, an uplink channel allocation indicated in the uplink grant may include a starting point for the ECP, where the UE transmits the ECP at the starting point. In some cases, the UE may multiplex uplink control information (UCI) in the uplink channel based on a timeline that is based in part on the ECP.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to performing listen-before-talk (LBT) before a transmission after a link switch in a frequency spectrum shared by multiple network operating entities are provided. A first wireless communication device receives, from a second wireless communication device, a first communication signal. The first wireless communication device determines a first measurement period in a first portion of a gap duration between the first communication signal and a second communication signal, the first portion being adjacent to a start time of the second communication signal. The first wireless communication device performs an LBT based at least in part on a first channel measurement in the first measurement period. The first wireless communication device transmits, to the second wireless communication device, the second communication signal based on the LBT.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, and computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing paging monitoring by a wireless device. In one aspect, the wireless device may receive a serving cell signal from a cell. The wireless device may determine a delay time based on the serving cell signal. The wireless device may monitor for the paging signal during the determined delay time. The wireless device may stop the monitoring for the paging signal upon or after expiration of the determined delay time. In some aspects, the wireless device may receive an indication of multiple paging signal monitoring occasions from the cell, which may include an indication of a number of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) to be transmitted from the cell and a number of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasions per SSB in a paging occasion.

    Abstract: Various procedures associated with autonomous uplink (AUL) are disclosed. In order to address the mismatch between listen before talk (LBT) and AUL bandwidth a fractional sensing channel is defined less than 20 MHz. Accordingly, a user equipment (UE) may use the fractional sensing channel to perform LBT only on the resources allocated for AUL. Contention window update may further be modified for transmissions spanning multiple transmission opportunities (TxOPs). A contention window update may occur over all transmission channels considering full acknowledgement information of each TxOP, a percentage of acknowledgement information weighted on the number of channels, a percentage of acknowledgement information weighted on the ratio of resources on each channel, or by selecting a primary channel of the multiple channels for the contention window update. In repetition scenarios, the reference transmission for contention window updates may be selected depending on whether all repetitions are within one or multiple TxOPs.
