    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The disclosure relates to a method for processing a control signal in a wireless communication system, and relates to a control signal processing method including: receiving a first control signal transmitted from the base station; processing the received first control signal; and transmitting a second control signal generated based on the processing to the base station.

    Abstract: A method of operating a terminal for controlling transmission power of the terminal in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes receiving, from a base station, a set of first sequences and an identifier for indicating uplink precoding information, generating a set of second sequences based on the set of first sequences and the uplink precoding information, and transmitting, to the base station, the set of second sequences at antenna ports, wherein each of the antenna ports corresponds to each sequence included in the set of second sequences, and wherein at least one of the set of first sequences and the uplink precoding information is generated based on at least one coefficient.
