摘要: The present invention is directed to a cap supply device having a simple and inexpensive structure and which is capable of supplying caps all directed in the same direction. The cap supply device includes: a receiving section 104 for receiving the caps 3; and a discharge unit 106 having an endless member 108 placed in the receiving section 104 and support members 109 provided at the endless member. The discharge unit 106 is configured to lift the caps upward and discharge the caps 3 from the receiving section 104 while the caps 3 are supported at the support members 109 with their openings directed to an opposite side of the endless member 108.

The carts have a plurality of support panels (38) juxtaposed to each other, a lower connection member (41) connecting lower end portions of the plurality of support panels (38), and casters (44) positioned below the lower connection member (41). The cart transport apparatus includes a frame (51) having wheels (50) that can be rotatably driven. The frame (51) is movable beneath the lower connection member (41) of the cart (8). Also, the cart transfer apparatus is provided with grip members (55) for gripping the lower connection member 41 of the cart 8.

摘要: A vial capping device includes a cap installation ring, a holding device, a movement device, and a tightening motor. The cap installation ring has an inner periphery thread to be threadedly engaged with a thread of an outer peripheral surface of a cap. The holding device holds a vial during fastening. The movement device brings a thread of the inner peripheral surface of the cap attached to the cap installation ring and an opening of the vial closer to each other. The tightening motor rotates one or both of the cap installation ring engaged with the cap and the holding device holding the vial. Thus, the vial capping device with a simple construction reliably fastens the cap to the vial.

摘要: A medicine delivering device permits additional medicine cassettes to be provided at low cost without greatly enlarging the installation space. The medicine delivering device includes a medicine storage and removal unit in which many medicine cassettes each containing a medicine are detachably provided to the outer surface of a drum whose upper and lower ends are rotatable supported by the device body and a medicine packaging unit that packages medicine removed through a collecting hopper from the medicine cassette of the medicine storage and removal unit. There is provided on the side surface of the device body a sub medicine storage and removal unit including: a body; a drawer body provided to be capable of being pulled out from the body and that is detachably provided with a plurality of medicine cassettes each containing the medicine; and a guide that guides the medicine taken out from the medicine cassette to the collecting hopper.

摘要: A medicine packing apparatus in which a packing sheet (7) can be printed with predetermined information by a printing device (5). In the apparatus medicine can be fed into the packing sheet (7) by a medicine feeder (2, 3), and the packing sheet (7) can be sealed by a sealing device (8) to pack the medicine in a single package. The sealing device (8) is provided with conveyance portion (39) for conveying the packing sheet (7). In the middle of a conveyance path from the printing device (5) to the sealing device (8), there are provided a moving mechanism (12) which comes into contact with the packing sheet (7) and moves so that the tension of the packing sheet (7) is held at a constant value, and a position detector (33) which detects a moved position of the moving mechanism (12). After the packing sheet (7) is conveyed by the conveyance portion (39) and the position detector (33) detects a predetermined moved position, printing by the printing device (5) is started.

摘要: [PROBLEM] To provide a medicine dispensing/packaging apparatus capable of smoothly dispensing and packaging tablets for each package despite the fact that it is simple in structure and low in cost.[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This medicine dispensing/packaging apparatus comprises a tablet feed means (2), a carrying means (27), a supporting means (58), and a dispensing/packaging means (4). The tablet feed means (2) is formed by continuously connecting, to each other, tablet storage parts (7) storing packages of tablets and having openable bottom plates (13) rotatably about pivot shafts, and the bottom plates (13) are rotated about one side of the continuously connecting direction. The carrying means (27) converts the direction of the tablet feed means (2) at least in the vertical lower direction after carrying the tablet feed means (2) horizontally to the opposite side of the rotating center of the bottom plate (13). The supporting means (58) supports the bottom plates (13) of the tablet storage parts (7) when the tablet feed means (2) is carried by the carrying means (27), and the bottom plates (13) are opened while the tablet feed means is carried horizontally to fall the tablets in the tablet storage parts (7). The dispensing/packaging means (4) collects the fallen tablets by the supporting means (58) and packages them for each package.
