    摘要: A method, a packaging system, and use for packaging objects on a conveyor using a hose-shaped stretch foil of plastic material. A method, system, and use, where the hose-shaped stretch foil may be stretched around the objects in a horizontal manner. The packaging system comprises a first conveyor and a second conveyor where first and second conveyors are arranged for conveying objects from said first conveyor to said second conveyor. The system comprises a foil dispensing mechanism arranged in a space between the first and the second conveyor, and being arranged for dispensing a continuous hose-shaped foil onto said conveyed objects. The method comprises the steps of: conveying a first object and a second object via the first conveyor in a first conveying direction towards said second conveyor; conveying the first object through the foil dispensing mechanism, hereby arranging the hose-shaped foil onto the first object; conveying the first object from the first conveyor to the second conveyor; and conveying the second object in a direction opposite the first conveying direction by a predefined distance, hereby arranging an equal distance between said first object and said second object in said space between said first conveyor and said second conveyor.

The main boom assembly is both telescoping and rotatable about a rotatable mount on the platform. The feeder assembly is mounted on the platform and can be raised from a transport position in which the feeder assembly lays horizontally on the platform, adjacent the rotatable mount, to a raised and angled position that allows the feeder assembly to convey construction material from a feed hopper at the rear of the feeder assembly to a feed point of the main boom assembly.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for treating a food product by non-conventional resistive heating using. contact with spaced-apart electrically conductive electrodes connected to a power source that regulates current to the electrodes by pausing heating of the food product to a predetermined temperature. The electrodes are configured into two groups at a first distance from one another. Each electrode group has individual electrodes, similar to a comb-like set of needles, wherein neighboring needles of each group are at a second distance from one another that is greater than or equal to the first distance. Each set of needles penetrates the food product such that points of the needles leave penetration points, wherein the food product is accommodated in a space between two conveyor belts and the individual electrodes extend from at least one of the conveyor belts in the direction of the opposite conveyor belt.

    摘要: A system, and associated method, for launching and delivering separated food product in organized groups to a robotized packaging station for the product. The system initiates the delivery via a metered hopper of food product delivering the product to a launch V-belt that aligns the product end to end. A successive singulator belt, positioned adjacent to and receiving product from the launch belt, further organizes the product into a single file alignment. An optional separator belt may follow the singulator belt to create gaps between successive product units. The product is then delivered to a pick belt for product to be provided to the packaging robot. The system product information is from a single (per product delivery line) sensor, enabling integrated end-to-end control from hopper to robot, and a nearly continuous motion of said pick belt.

At least a portion of the two conveyer belts may be in parallel to each other. In the parallel portion, the conveyer belts may include opposite teeth that are symmetrical to each other and the object may be fitted in the opening of the symmetrical teeth and secured by the surrounding teeth.
