    摘要: A secondary cyclone separation dust cup for dust collectors includes a separator. An inner barrel body is coaxially disposed in an outer barrel body of the separator. An air inlet for inner barrel body is formed in an upper portion of the inner barrel body above air inlets for separator, tangent to a peripheral wall of the inner barrel body. A top of the inner barrel body is connected with a connecting support and a lower portion thereof passes through an isolation cover. An air inlet for dust cup is connected with an air outlet for dust cup through the air inlets for separator and the air inlet for inner barrel body. A conical barrel body with a large upper portion and a small lower portion is disposed on an inner wall of the inner barrel body, and an isolation bag is mounted below a bottom of the conical barrel body. A peripheral wall of the isolation bag is connected with an outer wall of the conical barrel body via a connecting band and there is an annular gap between an inner wall of the isolation bag and the outer wall of the conical barrel body. The present invention has a simple structure, low manufacture costs and a remarkable separation effect. Dust all can fall on the bottom of the dust cup after secondary cyclone separation, so the dust can be dumped and cleaned up conveniently. The present invention can also effectively avoid the flow reversal phenomenon of small dust when dust collectors are restarted after work intermission.

    摘要: There is provided cyclonic separating apparatus (100) comprising a chamber (112) for separating dirt and dust from an airflow, an inlet (110) to the chamber (112) and a shroud (200). The shroud (200) comprises a wall (200) having a multiplicity of through-holes (208) forming an outlet from the chamber (112), each through-hole (208) having a width and a height, wherein the through-holes (208) have substantially rectangular cross-sections with width to height ratios in the range of 1.5:1 to 1:1.5. The rectangular cross section of the through-holes (208) maximises the available through-hole (208) area in the shroud (200). This results in a low pressure drop across the shroud (200) and reduces the amount of material required for manufacture. Further, this ratio allows the cross-sectional area of the through-holes (208) to be dimensioned to prevent larger particles of dirt and dust from passing through the through-holes (208) in the shroud (200), whilst still providing the required structural integrity.

    摘要: A unitary liner (36) for use in a dual inner and outer cyclonic vacuum cleaning apparatus (10) is described. The liner has a rigid receiver member (38) that collects dirt separated from the airflow by the inner cyclone (12). The receiver is integrally bonded to a flexible container portion (37) that lays over the inner surface (11D) of the outer cyclone (11) to collect dirt separated from the airflow by the outer cyclone. The container portion (41) can also be a rigid member bonded to a rigid receiver (42). Also, the rigid container portion (45) can provide the outer cyclone and be bonded to a rigid receiver (46). The liner collects separated dirt from the inner and outer cyclones and is easy to remove and replace from the cleaning apparatus by removing the cover (13) which supports the inner cyclone, from the outer cyclone to expose the liner when the vacuum cleaner becomes full of dirt. A liner (130) for a tank type, dual inner and outer cyclonic vacuum cleaning apparatus (110 ) is also described. The tank type liner has a rigid receiver member (131), which collects dirt separated from the airflow by inner cyclone (112) and an integrally bonded flexible container portion (132) that lays over the inside of the outer cyclone (111) to collect dirt separated from the airflow by the outer cyclone. A liner cage (113) with projection finger (113A) extends between the inner cyclone (112) and the base (111A) of the outer cyclone. The projection fingers hold the flexible container portion on the base of the outer cyclone to prevent the liner from moving towards and blocking dirt separated from the airflow by the inner cyclone from being deposited in the receiver. The liner is easy to remove and replace in the tank type cleaning apparatus by separating a cover (115), which supports the inner cyclone, from the outer cyclone to expose the liner when the vacuum cleaner becomes full of dirt.
