    摘要: A frame saw for sawing a relatively thick piece of wooden feed stock simultaneously into a plurality of thinner pieces of wood, and including a feed assembly for continuously feeding the stock from an upstream input position to a downstream output position, and a plurality of closely spaced-apart parallel reciprocable saw blades positioned intermediate the input position and the output position for sawing the stock into thinner pieces of stock as the stock is moved by the feed assembly relative to the blades. A drive assembly is operatively connected to the blades for driving the blades in a reciprocating motion comprising alternate cutting and non-cutting strokes. A linear offset motion assembly is provided for moving the reciprocating blades alternately upstream and downstream into linearly-offset cutting and non-cutting positions relative to the stock. An electronic controller such as an encoder is provided for coordinating the reciprocating movement of the blades and the linear offset motion of the blades to thereby permit continuous movement of the stock while the blades are in both the cutting and non-cutting positions and strokes.

A saw-blade driving device includes a motor which is disposed within the machine base, and which is provided with a motor shaft. The motor shaft extends in the longitudinal direction of the machine base. A linkage interconnects the motor shaft and the saw blade so as to reciprocate the saw blade relative to the blade-holding arm.

    摘要: A saw blade mounting structure for curve sawing machines that allows buffer play, includes upper and lower saw blade clamps opposedly arranged in a mirror image at front ends of upper and lower support arms adapted to position both pin type and plain type saw blades. an adjusting seat having a post on an upper side for receiving a compression spring therein and a lower side connected to the upper saw blade clamp. The adjusting seat and compression spring are placed in a recess at the front end of the upper support arms with a threaded section of a rotary shaft passing through an upper portion of the recess to lock into a threaded through hole of the adjusting seat to a certain depth, which is adjustable. The rotary shaft has a portion exposed on the outside and connected to a detachable eccentric locking knob. When mounting a saw blade, the locking knob may be turned to exert an eccentric force on the adjusting seat so that the latter elevates to pull the saw blade tight in an optimum position. Replacement of the saw blade is also very easy. When the saw blade hits against a knob in the wood, the compression spring provides sufficient buffer play to avoid breaking of the saw blade. There is also enough play for the upper and lower saw blade clamps to ensure that the saw blade is always in an optimum vertical position with respect to the work table, thus enhancing sawing precision.

    摘要: A fret-saw machine comprises a base unit having a table on which a workpiece to be cut is placed, a frame member disposed in the base unit and secured to the table, an arm member having one end portion secured to the frame member and another end portion disposed above the table, a blade holder assembly having first and second slide holder units and first and second blade holder units, the first slide holder unit and the first blade holder units being disposed in the base unit and secured to the frame member and the second slide holder unit and the second blade holder unit being secured to another end portion of the arm member, blade supported at its both ends by the first and second blade holder units and a drive unit supported in the base unit by the frame member and connected to the first slide holder unit to drive the blade. The blade holder unit has a blade nipping member for firmly nipping the blade. A tension applying assembly is disposed to the blade holder assembly for suitably applying the tension to the blade. The blade may carry out its reciprocal motion in an inclined manner. The arm member is fastened so as to be positionally adjustable. The fret-saw machine is further provided with a blade cover having a workpiece pressing function and a rotation preventing structure for the sake of safeness.
