摘要： The device for conveying items of household linen comprises two belt-shaped mechanisms, spaced apart from each other transversely to the conveying direction, each rotating along a guideway running essentially in the conveying direction. Attached to each of the belt-shaped mechanisms are holding elements. Items of household linen, which leave a first processing machine via an output conveyor, grasped by the holding elements, are conveyed by rotation of the belt-shaped mechanisms along a lifting segment to the point where they preferably hang freely and are easy to check. Satisfactory items of household linen run through a lowering segment, after the holding elements are turned back via a deflection roller, and are released to a further processing machine via an input conveyor. First, second and third control mechanisms provide for grasping and release of items of household linen. Thus items of household linen judged to be sub-standard can be removed from the processing line through activation of an ejection key which brings in the third control mechanisms via a control unit. With just one operator, items of household linen can be checked comfortably and practically without any fatigue.

The loop may be folded and collapsed by holding the loop at the first point and pulling the handle to urge the second and third points towards the first point such that three concentric loops are formed from the expanded loop about the first point, each having a size smaller than that of the expanded loop, the three concentric loops twisting and folding about the first point to cause the three concentric loops to overlie each other in a collapsed state in which the size of the expanded loop has been substantially reduced.

摘要： The method of the present invention begins with the unloading of the garments delivered by the customer. After unloading, the garments are sorted and counted and then placed on moveable racks for transportation to a separate storage area nearby. Selected garments are then moved from the storage area to a temporary receiving area near zones known as painting cells, where the garments are taken and hung from hooks attached to a variable speed electronically operated overhead track conveyor. The conveyor moves the garments along an oval shaped track pattern at a constant speed as paint is applied by workers stationed at various locations along the conveyor route. Various paint application methods are utilized during this stage of the operation, including the use of spray bottles and airbrushes. The garments are then removed from the hooks attached to the conveyors circulating inside the painting cells and placed on another conveyor, which transports the garments upwardly into the ceiling areas of the production facility where the conveyor track slowly winds around portions of the interior of the building. There the garments continue to circulate through the heated air beneath a series of radiant tube type heaters allowing sufficient time for the paint to dry. The garments are unloaded from the ceiling conveyor and then conveyed through an oven for curing under extreme heat. When dry, and the paint is properly cured, the garments are removed to a holding area for shipment to the customer.

Further, they have other characterizing features which consist in that the apparatus is provided with a liquid injecting nozzle and/or a gas blowing nozzle and/or a hot air blowing nozzle for allowing liquid and/or gas and/or hot air to be injected and/or blown into the interior of the rotary drum whereby a period of time required for performing steps of washing, dewatering and drying the wash in the rotary drum can be shortened. Moreover, they have another characterizing feature which consists in that the rotary drum is rotated and air is blown into the interior of the rotary drum while a door is kept opened so that the wash can be discharged from the rotary drum at a high efficiency under the influence of force generated by flowing of the air.

摘要： A clothes hamper (10) includes a backboard (12) configured and decorated to resemble a basketball backboard. Brackets (18) support the backboard at the top of a door. First and second generally S-shaped hooks, each having a first U-shaped configuration at one end of the S for fitting over the top edge of a door, the portion over the door edge being flattened sufficiently to enable the door to be closed with the hook over the top thereof and a second U-shaped configuration at the other end of the S in inverted relationship to the first U-shaped end for extending through the apertures of the spaced frame brackets so as to support the backboard in a vertical orientation on the door. A hoop (26) configured to resemble a basketball goal is supported on the backboard by a unitary mounting plate for pivotally attaching the hoop to the lower half of the frame. The mounting plate comprises a flat upper portion located above the U-shaped mounting projection and attached to the frame; an arcuate center portion integrally formed with the flat upper portion and having a mating fit over the closed end of the U-shaped mounting projection; and a horizontally projecting shoulder on each side of the arcuate center portion for supporting the legs of the U-shaped mounting projection to hold the hoop in a horizontal position perpendicular to the backboard but allowing the hoop to freely pivot only in the upward direction against the frame for storage purposes. The hoop, and in turn supports a mesh clothes receiving net (38) that extends vertically downwardly therefrom. The lower end of the mesh net is normally closed by a drawstring (42).
