    摘要: The disclosure discloses a solid material drying system, including a drying tower and a closed annular conveyor belt at the bottom of the drying tower. A solid material enters the drying tower through the conveyor belt, and a first airflow moves towards the top of the drying tower from the bottom of the drying tower through the conveyor belt. Side walls of the drying tower are provided with several openings, and a second airflow moves towards the outside of the drying tower from the inside of the drying tower. Blocking plates that can block the openings are disposed at positions close to and above the openings inside the drying tower, and the blocking plates are hinged with the side walls of the drying tower. The disclosure is suitable for drying solid materials, and can be efficiently and universally applied to the drying of various types of solid materials.

The glove structure includes an inner body having an outer surface, an inner surface defining a cavity with an opening providing ingress into the cavity. The heating assembly has at least one heating zone. The heating zone has a conductive fabric portion, a heating mesh portion and a sensing assembly. The conductive fabric portion has a first circuit portion and a second circuit portion. The two portions have a first end across which a voltage differential can be placed, and second ends that are spaced apart from each other. The heating mesh portion extends between the second ends of the first and second circuit portions so as to be in electrical communication therewith. The sensing assembly has a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is positioned proximate the heating mesh portion to determine a temperature of an area proximate thereto.

    摘要: A tumbler may be used as defluidizer, dryer, coater, classifier, or dynamic filter. The tumbler includes a housing for rotatably supporting a removable screened drum on a plurality of rollers. The drum receives a solid/fluid slurry through an inlet chute. As the slurry travels through the drum, fluid exits the drum through a plurality of apertures in screens attached to the sides of the drum, while the solids continue along the drum's length until they reach one or more openings and exit the drum into an outlet chute. The outlet chute includes ridges that wrap around rings extending from the openings of the drum to prevent solids from escaping the outlet chute. To further dry the solids before they exit the drum, an air tube disposed within the drum is configured to direct air through the screens to an air blower intake positioned outside of the drum.

The drying mechanisms may consist of classical resistance heaters, blowing heaters and/or coolers, and ultraviolet, infrared and microwave radiation sources in horizontal, vertical or intermediate angle arrangements. There is an absorbent material in a reservoir so as to absorb the excess energy transmitted by the system. The present system completes the drying procedure quickly with full automatization within a standard period without deteriorating the sample and reveals a product which is ready to further processing.

    摘要: A drying rack assembly, for use in a clothes dryer with a rotatable tumbler, is constructed with a perforated tray to support clothing in a stationary manner within the tumbler. A duct is attached to the perforated tray to direct a primary airflow through the perforated tray and to at least a portion of air outlet opening in the tumbler cavity. The duct further includes openings to provide a secondary path by which a portion of the total airflow is allowed to bypass the perforated tray. A movable damper is provided to allow variable bypass airflow. An air outlet cover, attached to the combination of the duct and perforated tray, is adapted to cover the portion of the air outlet opening that does not interface with the duct. The air outlet cover is movable to a second position to enable compact storage. A hanging feature is further provided on the side of the dryer cabinet to provide a convenient storage space.

The replaceable heat transfer module has an inlet floodbox with fluid distribution passageways, an outlet manifold with fluid collection passageways, and extending in a fluid tight relationship between the fluid distribution passageways and the fluid collection passageways, a thin, elongate evaporator envelope. The evaporator envelope has a lower flexible planar sheet and an upper flexible planar sheet, each having inner surfaces located in a back-to-back spaced apart relationship. The evaporator envelope has an upper end wherein the lower and upper flexible planar sheets are fluidly sealed to the inlet floodbox, and a lower end wherein the lower and upper planar sheets are fluidly sealed to said outlet manifold. Mylar brand polyester is used for construction of the evaporator envelope. A marginal area on each side extends lengthwise transversely beyond the inlet floodbox and the outlet manifold to provide sloping sidewalls for containment of a working product.
