摘要: The invention relates to a method for mixing at least two fluids using an externally mixing nozzle for medical purposes, which has at least two outlet channels (10, 20) and at least two inlet openings (13, 23) with different or identical cross-sections, wherein two fluids with different volumetric flows and/or different viscosity are sprayed, and wherein the ratio of the cross-sections of the inlet channels (13, 23) and/or the outlet channels (10, 20) corresponds to the ratio of the volumetric flows so that the fluids flow with substantially identical flow speeds through the outlet channels (10, 20) and/or the inlet openings (13, 23). The invention furthermore relates to an externally mixing nozzle, a medical instrument and a medical device for spraying substances, in particular biological material.

摘要: A new method for generating micro-nano bubbles that uses water hammering, a bubble generating nozzle, and an apparatus for generating micro-nano bubbles are provided to construct a system. The system is for generating micro-nano bubbles in a large amount using only pure water, which does not include any nucleating agents, and for performing not only a clean washing and sterilization but also the generation of uncontaminated micro-nano bubbles. The method defined in the present invention uses water hammering power produced by a mutual collision of jets of dissolved-gas-including solution squirted from two or more spouts. The bubble generating nozzle by the present invention has a configuration, including: a hollow cylinder having two or more small through-holes arrayed in the circumferential direction thereof and a micro-nano bubble discharge port provided on the both ends of the hollow cylinder, wherein the small through-holes are arranged so that all of their extension lines passing through respective center of the cross-section of each of the small through-holes which intersect each other in the inside of the hollow of the cylinder. The apparatus for generating bubble by the present invention has such bubble generating nozzle and has a configuration that enables generation of micro-nano bubbles in a large amount.

摘要: A mixing chamber for mixing a variety of dry ingredients with a liquid is disclosed. The mixing chamber has an accumulation chamber that evenly distributes ingredients as they pass a liquid spray nozzle, resulting in uniform hydration. The liquid may be sprayed at a variety of pressures to achieve varying levels of granule hydration to permit the manufacture of dough, batter, or other compositions. Even dry ingredients which are generally slow to absorb moisture may be rapidly and evenly hydrated without an excess of liquid. Process parameters, such as volume flow rate of the dry ingredients, can also be varied.

摘要: The present invention discloses a G0 bottom-up liquid infusion system. The system includes a container portion and an infusion portion. The container portion comprises a container upper body and a container lower body connected with the container upper body. The bottom layer portion of the container upper body is provided with m upper circulating holes and m upper protruding plugs. The bottom layer portion of the container lower body is provided with m lower circulating holes and m lower protruding plugs. The container upper body and the container lower body can relatively rotate, and can be transformed between a circulation state and a blocking state. The present invention further discloses an infusion portion. The present invention can realize efficient infusion, does not generate waste and can solve the cost.

摘要: A device and method for elutriating and gluing wood chips. At least one elutriating apparatus is used to fractionate the wood chips into at least one coarse chip fraction and one fine chip fraction. The elutriating apparatus has a fall duct and is designed so that the chip fractions pass through different gluing regions in the fall duct. At least one gluing apparatus is provided in order to glue the chip fractions in the gluing regions. Thus, the chip fractions can be glued in a common apparatus specifically with a glue amount adapted to a particular average chip size.
